@CaleBoi25 Like I wanna see Switch 2 Joy-Cons based on the idols, but the only way we could see such for Deep Cut is a Switch 2 Deep Cut edition, with Big Man being the Switch 2 screen.
Assuming the Switch 2 is region free (which is most likely), people would just import.
But if such edition is released only in Japan, Squid Sisters and Off the Hook Switch 2 Joy-Cons would also be Japan-exclusive, but in some other scenario they might only release those sets around the world.
I actually made mocks on Squid Sisters and Off the Hook Switch 2 Joy-Cons and a Switch 2 Deep Cut edition and lots of people actually loved them when I posted them on Twitter.
Next Salmon Run rotation is up so now we can see Big Run in the upcoming stages section. It's showing up as Inkblot so the error was just connected to the Splatcast announcement.
@MrCarlos46 my wallet wouldn’t appreciate this, but it could be interesting to release these special editions domestically/outside of Japan as exclusives at different retailers. I remember when the Smash 4 Amiibo were a big deal they were releasing certain ones as exclusives. It was kind of fun as a collector to go to Target and GameStop and Best Buy and etc in one day, though I acknowledge at the end of the day this sort of thing is pretty inefficient. Still, it would be a kinda neat way to promote different console special editions, Splatoon focused or otherwise.
You can’t control the way others talk to you, but you can control the way you talk to others.
Literally, I’d get a white Switch 2 (assuming that’s the second color variant available at launch) and Off the Hook Joy-Cons, or even just an Off the Hook Switch 2 if that was announced too.

Do like me and get high on copium waiting for literally any news or leaks no matter how stupid.
Accept that this game is "offically" dead and enjoy playing it without more content/fixes.
The second option is better for long-term emotional health, lol. Also means it’s better to form your own experiences around the game, with less pressure because things aren’t changing as often.
@AccessibleDaydream Oh, absolutely. I should probably clarify to anyone unsure, I do the first as a fun thing, but genuinely only expect the latter. That means that if something happens I can rub it in the doubters' faces, but if not, I won't really be upset.
