It is cool that we are getting "Splatoon 2" repeats now, what with the returning gear and (almost) the same theme: in S2 there was a Knight V Wizard theme for Splatoween. This time they swapped the order and added Ninja as an option, though I thought Frye would be Ninja and Big Man would be Knight.
That twitter pic clearly shows witch's hat & broom for the tshirt design, and it's even green like a witch's skin. I'm surprised Nintendo is calling it Wizard. The hat alone could work for wizard, but the shirt design is witch. I think Witch is cooler.
I wish I could make my octoling's skin green for the costume. That would be cool. I'm probably picking Witch/Wizard for the color, tshirt, and hat (I have the witches hat from amiibo)
edit: I think Witch will get most votes. However, I think the underdog team will be ninja. So, if you want to bank on the underdog winning with better points/clout etc, I think Ninja is going to be the underdog. So, pick your strategy.
I wonder if Deep Cut will keep their outfits from last Splatoween, since it has new teams now. And what will OtH wear...?
And... will we get the special amiibo gear compatibility this time?

I think it's wizard for localization or translation reasons. Because I think in Japan it's called wizard or magic user.

@vio Honestly, I think getting that gear back is better than getting new stuff. Even though I will never use it, it is nice that it won't be trapped in S2 forever.

Unconscience is one of the best Splatoon 3 songs. It's a shame we never encounter it again after you beat Marina in the first tower run. (correct me if I'm wrong, and the song does play elsewhere in the game)
Last night, I finally hit A- rank, and it was a big accomplishment. The fact that I’ve come this far from being C+ again in May is just incredible to me, and the fact that I’m not getting beaten into oblivion every match even in A rank is even more so.
This morning, I decided to register for Juniors Draft, and I’m still not sure how that’s going to go, but I’m going to try to keep my head up, because I clearly am growing as a player.
