Got a high score of 156 golden eggs... I got gold!!! That felt awesome. That gold trophy's going straight to my locker when Grizzco sends it to me. Also made it to eggecutive VP... guess I've gotten better at Salmon Run now.
@Croctopus Thanks, same to you! I contributed towards the 900M goal when I first played yesterday. Wasn't sure if I'd do that good in the Grand Run to begin with, but I'm glad I decided to jump in.

I think I earned about 60-70 silver scales this big run. And I broke my personal best rank of VP 300 or or maybe it's VP 380, I just know I've fallen short of bronze stage badges in the past. I reached VP 570 this weekend. Although, since this was with all grizzco weapons with extra egg cannons, this isn't a very typical salmon run. I would have kept chasing for higher rank, but big run is ending.
This big run was a good fun. I'm looking forward to the results at 10pm or whenever they go live.
I managed to beat Triumvirate for the first time during this Big Run and got a new rank record of VP 875. With an extra day, I think I would've got VP 999 and played on Hazard Level Max (highest hazard level I played on was 332%).
Overall I'd say this was the most fun Big Run of the bunch, the map is very well suited to Salmon Run.
Yeah, I also had a great time. Easily some of my better Salmon Run sessions. I didn't beat a Triumvirate unfortunately, but I did come pretty close one time, and I'm already satisfied enough with my gold trophy and badge that were given to me. Managed to get the EVP rank for the first time (it's EVP 200) and it was cool to see a sneak preview of the upcoming tricolor map too.

There are Splatoon 3 NSO icons locked behind the Grand Fest. Playing the Grand Fest with friends gives you 3 icons, one of each group (Squid Sisters, Off the Hook, Deep Cut) and just taking part in general gives you a Grand Fest logo icon.
@Croctopus How do you know your egg count was top 4%? Is there a breakdown somewhere?
@Ten-Zero I was just playing the current rotation, and you may want to temper you expectations for keeping EVP.🤣 This current rotation is definitely harder than the big run was. I scrambled to carry hard and lost evp, and continued like a crazy person to barely make it back (evp 40) and now I'm back down to evp 00 at the moment. It's pretty rough. If you do better, let me know.😉

I can help but think this is like Splatoon 2's Final Fest. In one trailer, it said Splatoon 3 would receive consistent updates for 2 years. The Grand Fest is at the two-year point. That's my reasoning, anyways.
@Croctopus Yeah, I looked in there in the NSO splatoon app, and mine doesn't have a top __%. Maybe only top tier elite or something get that tidbit. And my 180 eggs wouldn't qualify for that detail.
@Vector Yeah, this Grand Festival/Grand Big Run are the finale for the two years of support for Splatoon 3, just like Splatoon 2 got the special Chaos vs Order final splatfest. When Splatoon 3 launched, Nintendo said (in a direct?) that Splatoon 3 would have two years of new content support. Since that's what they did for Splatoon 2, also, I expect Splatoon 4 to have the same two years.
I could swear people are just throwing matches right and left. I can't get out of pro 3 limbo. People are just quitting for no damn reason first or second wave. We were doing acceptably well, I could work with it, then all of the sudden nobody's even trying to slay or carry eggs to the basket.(I REALLY wish we had replays to see what is going on, or how I can improve.) I'm playing the best I've ever played, with 1500 hours of salmon run on Splatoon 2 + 3, and scrambling better than ever, and I'm just being punished. It's not fun, or funny. ☹ facepalm emoji.
edit: I got to Pro3 80-90 like six times, and every time I got there, the the game would match me with drastically crappy team, like it wasn't even slightly worse, it was just blatantly unfair.
