Beat the tower with two hacks with eight's pallet. One life hack and one main weapon damage hack. I was going to quit if I didn't get a swim speed color chip... then I didn't get one. But it was floor 25 and went for it anyway. Im shocked I beat it with zero swim speed buffs, zero mobility buffs.
@Vector Nah, didn't need to save a clip for this time. I got the low hack badge back in March or April, but I used three hacks then (I did save clips for that first time). This is just the first time I've done it with two hacks.
I almost forgot how useful the pearl-drone-gliding can be for evading baddies on certain stages.
I have no idea how I haven't discovered youtuber Rachelskiiiiiii before for Salmon Run tips. She has a decent video for how to carry other players in freelance, which I definitely need help with since I've never gotten out of low EVP. I've always hit a ceiling at around EVP 250-290. I was fortunate tonight when Big Run started and got 160 golden eggs within the first hour. It's been a bit since I got a gold Big Run award. I think I got silver last time. .......I almost forgot, the beginning of Big Run is the best time to play if people want high egg counts. I think there are usually less veteran players as the weekend goes on.

Oh... yeah, Salmon Run is like all I play. After 200-300 hours of turf war in Splatoon 2, I got into Salmon Run. I played maybe 700+ hours of SR on Splatoon 2, and at least 800 hours of SR here on Splatoon 3. I know @Budda has silver, possibly gold salmon run stage badges for EVP 400 and EVP 600, and that blazing red Hazard Level Max badge - Budda's a bad*ss.😆 I only have the low level EVP stage badges for EVP 200 and am striving for some EVP 400 bronze badges.
But yeah, in Splatoon 2, I was in the Pro lower levels for a while, until I started looking up videos for strategies & how to prioritize the bosses, get better with the weapon types in SR, getting better at staying alive. I've been at this plateau of lower EVP for these two years, and I think I'm finally coming around to improving enough to possibly break EVP 300-400.
Splat Channel on youtube (I don't love him, but anyway) said that the egg cannons closest to basket actually deposit the eggs in the basket. Is that true?

@WoomyNNYes It seems to be a chance based situation, sometimes it does enter the basket and sometimes it doesn't. The ones at the centre of the map are more reliable (not 100% accurate but like 80%) meanwhile the ones at the far ends of the map are very unreliable (like 10% accurate).
side note: I'm tempted to make this my profile pic. (YEAHHH! Look at that C rank!🔥🔥🔥 I don't play ranked. Tried Anarchy series for the first time during splatzones this week. I did get the five wins with one loss. ...if I did make this my profile pic the site would crop off the rank, because it only save's square images.)
