Didn't get to everyone, but I have been reading all the responses.
@_Lime I dig the Triple Inkstrike as well... but I have trouble using the Crab Tank myself. It's just not for me, I guess. It's cool you like it though.
@Croctopus I should use the Kraken Royale more often... haven't used it in a while since I kind of sucked at using it, lol.
@WoomyNNYes Yeah, that's the only part I don't really like about the Booyah Bomb. It's easy to use at least. Sometimes I don't have the time to charge others' bombs, particularly if the enemy team is after me.

Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I'd like to know you first. Thanks! ❤️
@vio - I am! I just got Splatoon 3 maybe 3 weeks ago now and it was my very first game in the franchise so all of these events are super new to me! I’m currently a “part-timer 30/99” in the Salmon Run mode.
Am I just bad at Salmon Run? There keeps on being a large amount of enemies and I have trouble dealing with them. Grillers are a huge pain to deal with, too, and I still haven't beaten a King Salmonid. Really wanted to like this mode... but I don't think I like it too much.

@Croctopus I’ve noticed the same phenomenon: the boost in overall teammate competence seems to make up for the increase in difficultly brought about by the higher hazard level.
Still nowhere near the staggering heights of 160, but it’s been a smoother Big Run for me than any before.
There’s also the possibility that I’ve just got better, thanks to Side Order training me to tackle hoards of slow, stupid, but relatively powerful enemies. I’ve neglected Salmon Run in favour of Ranked. But I’m glad I’ve given it a good go this time.
I only made it to 106 this Big Run, but it was certainly one of my favorites thus far in S3! Funny how both Tricolor and Big Run managed to make Eeltail a fun map but regular modes continue to doom it to middling blandness… (Tricolor isn’t even fun but I’d regather play that on Eeltail than Tower Control!)
I think I only got 80 of them. I only had one cleared run, most of my other attempts did not end well and I didn't want to get demoted. I was getting frustrated so I had to stop. Yesterday was Mario Day too, so I took a break from Splatoon 3 and played some Mario games.
I don't think I like Salmon Run, unfortunately... it can be a huge pain for me to play a lot of the time. It could be me being bad at it, or my teammates. Really wanted to like this mode more.

@CaleBoi25 I saw someone else here mention buying out Cipher's store, Budda, BenAV, or Croctopus, I think? It's not that hard to buy out. When you have a lot of hacks, and you've completed the last pallete, there's not much else to spend prlz on. The gear and banners are the most expensive, but after that, everything else in that store is super cheap. I think it only took like 5-6 tower runs worth of prlz?
The badge you get for buying out cipher is fine? That's all you get, I think? And I'm not crazy about that badge.
@MarioVillager92 You have to stick with it. If you do, things will improve greatly, I promise. I'm a pretty high level EVP player, but I have been playing Salmon Run since late 2017 when I got my Switch and Splatoon 2 and I have sunk thousands of hours into the mode between Splatoon 2 and 3. Even then, there are still players better than me. If you want to see some amazing super high level Salmon Run play, go look up latteboi on YouTube. He and his team are simply incredible. I think you will be blown away.. Watching him play is also a good way to learn how to play the mode correctly and efficiently.
