@Budda Does the game just give you all the side order rewards because you're @Budda, or do you have to grind tower runs like the rest of us?🤔😁😁 Just messing with you<3 I hadn't heard you mention any grinding, so my imagination is running wild.😉

@CaleBoi25 When you died on floor 24 with the charger, did you have charge time reduction maxxed? I've got so many hacks now, I finally cruised through to complete the charger pallet tower run. It was still pretty nuts at times, though. Like, completing floors when I thought I was dying.😂 It's hilarious. (As far as my progress goes, I've got 5 or 6 pallets complete, and 26 lockers unlocked.)

@OctolingKing13 If you like the single player, I'd say Splatoon 2 & Octo Expansion are worth it. I've replayed Octo Expansion several times. Splatoon 2 was my first Splatoon.

Ive just seen the badge you get for completing all the pallets. I am target locked now lol, I'm going to try and get it before the end of the season!

I made it to the last boss with the sword, but it was only my 3rd-ish run so I didn't have many hacks.

And...

I was an idiot and just kind of stood there and let it kill me with its wail. I thought I could ink it up fast enough, but I was wrong. Oh well, this is so much fun and I have a ton of stuff to unlock.

Completed side order with all the pallets! Still a few chips missing from my chip catalogue and there are two enemies I haven’t maxed out yet in the ‘encopedia’. I’m curious if there’s much of a reward for doing so!

It's a lot of grinding if you want all color chip badges. More grinding than I thought. And the new season is approaching. The new SR stage will be the whole weekend... I have to get the silver badge for that at least!
And the catalougue... I need the new emotes!! 😵

@Croctopus (or anyone here<3) So which pallet was the hardest for you? Any notable strategy that you arrived at for that weapon kit?

Thanks @Budda! & @Grumblevolcano Ahh, the Seafoam hoodie outfit gear is back! I really want the had and shoes! I deeply regretted not getting those last spring season catalgo. Although, I'm not sure I will have it in me to grind to catalog level 90 to get it.

I've finished the spire with four palettes as of now, and I have 20 locker doors unlocked. Also, I was so close to finishing it with the charger... but I got game over'd on the last floor, unfortunately. That really sucked. I did have a lot of homing color chips during that run... that probably was a bad idea on my part since I felt it was screwing me over during the final boss.

@MarioLover92 Unless someone else has more experience with them, the homing shot chips didn't seem like they helped me. Aim hasn't been my problem. For the charger, I got max reduced charge time, a couple range chips, drone chips (which is probably more helpful since I've unlocked a bunch of drone abilities via marina hacks), and ink saver sub, increased ink damage. The ink mines can be quite helpful if you've got some knockback explosion chips. That's what I've liked, anyway. I think I won with the charger somewhere around locker 20, on a 2nd or third try with the charger. Although, I think I also did several tower runs just for prlz (using my favored weapons that I've already gotten 3 keys from).

@WoomyNNYes Nice, I'll definitely give the charger another try. Though I do wanna prioritize getting lockers opened so I'll probably save the charger for a later time.

Looks like we're getting a new Splatfest before Springfest this time round (a region-dependent one at that!).

@Fizza While the general theme could be scaled globally, I think the exactly flavours would require some regional adjustments for things to go smoothly!

‘Lightly salted’ is a fairly standard choice wherever you are, but I can see there being riots in the streets of London if ‘Consommé’ and ‘Nori Seaweed & Salt’ were chosen over staples such as ‘Salt & Vinegar’ and ‘Cheese & Onion’.

Hmm, it's been 3 hours since Splatoon JP announced their Splatfest and we haven't heard a peep from any of the English-speaking accounts yet; are we getting an equivalent Splatfest this time round or no? 🤔

This actually looks like it'll be a very balanced set of teams for once which, after the last couple Fests have been marred by popularity influencing the results, makes me extremely happy! As for my own choice this time round....well I literally already play piano as is so I feel like I kind of HAVE to go with Team Keyboard XD

I'm going with Team Guitar because the ink color is green, my favorite color.

Keyboard for meee since I’m learning how to play piano and it’s our lord and savior big man’s team. Tried once to play ebb and flow. Excited to see Off the Hook perform.
