@IceDomino
The gold aerospray is more of a ‘support’ (making your teammates job easier) weapon- you try to support your team by painting for them, playing the objective( riding the tower, carrying the rainmaker, painting the splat zone)and charging your special quickly so they can solely focus on getting kills.
I just focus on making it to the ruler title and that's it. If I do make it to +1, +2, and so on, great, but it's not too necessary since you're not gonna get any more sea snails that way. Plus I might get burnt out if I play for too long.

Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I'd like to know you first. Thanks! ❤️
I find Friday and Saturday to be as good as each other. Friday has the advantage of being a common game release day and when a Direct is Thursday night, the excitement is still very fresh going into Friday. On the other hand, there's the wait time to actually be able to play the Friday releases (I always go physical for Switch where possible) so I get more time with it on Saturday. Ended up picking Saturday because I feel there'll be fewer mirror matches, I think Friday will be the more popular option because of Friday night.
Thing is, aside from bus schedules being different on weekends, all three days are essentially the same thing to me since I don’t work anymore. I just go with Fridays because it’s fast food day for me.
@IceDomino Let’s just say it’s a lot of points required, it takes a while to get to a relatively high rank
To clarify I’ve been playing since launch and I’m at S right now (although I started taking anarchy seriously during early 2023)
@Croctopus
I think(hope) that they are going to do their usual season trailer in the direct and then right after they will do a mini side order trailer reminding people of the release date.
But then again, Nintendo is the embodiment of the phrase: ‘expect the unexpected’

Bonerattle Arena looks so sick. If the layout is good I could easily see it being my favorite SR stage ever. Did anyone else notice there's no returning stage for PvP though? That's really..odd. If my memory serves me correctly this the first time a season has not had a stage return from Splatoon 1 or 2. I was really hoping for Saltspray Rig, but it is what it is. Between Side Order and Fresh Season, we are really going to have our hands full with FRESH content soon here!

Technically the first anniversary had two new stages instead of one new and one old, but I agree, it's strange we haven't seen anything.
@CaleBoi25 Given Splatoon 1 was announced in June 2014, I wonder if Sizzle Season will be a look back on old stuff as a sendoff for Splatoon 3. So like:
