Getting frustrated.
Can't beat this level in the campaign. Second area, the one on rails shooting cube targets to keep the rails going. Get to this glob of cubes with a red one in the middle and just can't destroy them all in time to save my life. Got down to final red cube and one more hit would have destroyed it, but ran off the rail because I was out of ink.
Gosh dang this is hard for being such an early game level.
Splitting Crosshairs is the name of it.
Oh, that one was really tough for me as well! One thing I'd suggest is refilling your ink as often as possible! That, and try to maximize you efficiency with aiming--in other words, don't miss!
@CaleBoi25
I should try the guns rather than the slosher. It just doesn't have enough range, so I can't hit the targets half the time cause they're just barely out of reach. Seems an odd choice to make that slosher the recommended weapon. It's also an ink guzzler so a few missed shots due to being out of range screws you once the blocks are in range.
Gonna try again with the guns, I bet I'm able to beat it with those.

Two weeks until Side Order! I might be hyped enough to do a countdown. I know it's going to be great. I'm also looking forward to the Deep Cut concert Nintendo is posting this weekend.
@_Lime Yeah, that Direct was an odd one. A bunch of DLC teased with very vague release windows to later on find out that Side Order would be the last one released being much further out than the others.
@_Lime Yep, I still remember that we've been waiting for Side Order for a year. Nintendo probably should've handled the DLC a bit differently... I mean, all the DLC was for a whole year was an alternate hub world. Inkopolis Plaza is a cool little bonus, but not much more than that. I didn't buy the DLC until very recently, I got it because we now know when Side Order is coming out, which I'm super excited for. If I were the head of Nintendo, I would've had the DLC purchasable at least one month before Side Order's release.
I’m going to savour these two weeks because these are the last two weeks we won’t know much about the dlc- for me I just cannot recreate the hype and the ‘first playthrough feeling’ of something your so excited for!
Finally got around to watching the concert myself and yep: it's just as amazing as you'd expect it to be
I'm so sad all the threats to Nintendo Live employees/attendees prevented this from actually being shown to a live audience because it's honestly just THAT good. The Off The Hook cameo especially was a massive highlight, as was the entirety of Big Betrayal XD

@IceDomino There's 2 options for Anarchy Battle, Series and Open. Series is what you go for if you want to focus on ranking up:
Spend a bunch of rank points to enter
The series goes on until you either have 5 wins or 3 losses (whichever happens first)
Based on your performance you gain a certain amount of rank points
There's rank up battles in which you need to get 3 wins without getting 3 losses to rank up
Meanwhile Open is what you go for if you just want to have fun playing the mode. You win rank points for winning and lose rank points for losing but it's small amounts (8 for a win, -3 for a loss if I recall correctly).
@IceDomino Yes it does + your rank gets reset at the end of every season so starting off fresh for the next season is likely the best case. See here for how they get reset https://splatoonwiki.org/wiki/Rank#Rank_Reset
Reading your other posts, the lowest level is C-. In Splat 3 you stay in your same rank unless you purposely derank or when the next season arrives unlike in the previous games where losing points would lower your rank. The amount of points you lose depends on your rank, for example the lowest you can lose is -1 in C rank, -2 in B, -3 in A, -4 in S, and -5 in S+ (X is in a different rank of its own with its point system). My advice for Anarchy is to pick a weapon you’re best at, if you focus on splatting and going for the objective go with a frontline weapon and if you provide support to your other teammates go with a backline weapon. What’s your current main?
