Just got 151 golden eggs and defeated horrorboros in big run! Praying that it's enough for top 5%.

So how to people decide if they want to continue with Salmon Run teammates?

Do you Leave if you see a teammate with the high amount of deaths and almost no revive count? That's usually the metric I look at, but I question how much I can trust that, because I know there are times I die a lot if I've got a slow weapon and teammates neglect overwhelming flyfish, stingers, slammin lids, steelheads, drizzler rain.

I finally got to EVP. after two days of pro 3 limbo. I imagine hell froze over for much of the planet. My egg count record still sits at a sad 108. (not a judgement if anyone that gets less<3)

I'm ending on a score of 89, I found this map a lot harder than the other ones. Not much room to move around when the game decides to spam loads of flyfish.

No biggy! Lately, I don't like playing without 2x money multplier either. I just jumped on to get a couple matches before eating. We got three decent matches in before two disconnected on the other team on that fourth match. At least, that's how it looked on my end.

My high score is 93 so far, probably not enough for any of the higher rankings but we’ll see. I liked this map more than the other ones but it was still pretty annoying at points (looking at you Grillers). Also I’m begging my teammates to please use your dodge rolls if you have the Grizzco Dualies since it’s one of the main purposes of them

@luckyseven If you're not flying off into the water by mistake with Grizzco Dualie dodge rolls, you're not doing it right! I did that at least 2-3 times🤣. Those things are great. I loved dodge rolling along walls too, because it paints the wall & the ground at the same time. Love it! I'm going to miss these things.

Oh, that's right! When @Fizza joined me in salmon run, @Fizza was doing hyper zig zag dodge rolls with the grizzco duallies all over the training room like a mad person. It looked hilarious to see their ghost doing it. I can't believe I deleted the clip I saved of it (I just looked for it). I totally saved a clip and then deleted it at the end of the day when I cleared out a bunch of videos in bulk - dang it.

Don't know whether or not I'll be able to squeeze in some extra matches before the day is out but if I don't get back to it then I'm bowing out of Big Run with a score of 124! Had a pretty nice time this BR to be honest; Umami is pretty fun as a Salmon Run map (though, with the amount of inkable walls added, I kind of wish the map was just always like this 😭), I managed to get a bunch of Scales from the 3 King Salmonids I encountered and, as I talked about yesterday, I absolutely ADORE the Grizzco Dualies. Overall a very fun time that has me extremely excited for the Splatfest next week!

@WoomyNNYes I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve rolled into the water bc the dualies are just so much fun to use. It makes me want them in the other modes but they would be too broken lol

@luckyseven A Grizzco weapons only challenge would be fun and somewhat balanced in the sense you can only use broken weapons. Kind of like how in MK8 Deluxe you can have blue shells only races.

@Grumblevolcano That’s an amazing idea! Nintendo needs to take notes on this, that would be super fun especially with how broken all of the Grizzco weapons are

@WoomyNNYes I ruined my team's chances multiple times by getting carried away with the dualies and ending up dead... They're super fun, but also super hard to use.

Just curious. Did they open the team voting for the next Splatfest? I haven't played this game in a while and I kinda want to start getting conch shells for my team.

My BR score is 106, so probably only top 50 if that for me. I loved this map especially on High Tide and the Dualies are possibly my favorite Grizzco weapon so far (I main Dapples so I’m sure you can see why lol) but I just could not make headway. Oh well, still had fun and that’s what matters!

Got EVP 105, and maxed at 116 eggs (playing solo). It's fine, but might still be bronze in the end. I think 117 was the cutoff for silver previously.

The end of this clip is when I use the grizzco dualies properly.😉
