Like a lot of people, I liked the idea of the switch back in March, but held off to see what the game support was like, we all know what the Wii U ended up like.
Obviously this time around, things are better so by Oct I knew that I wanted one, the hints started and my lovely wife got me one for Xmas. I'm sure I'm not the only one who was in this position, so please post if you opened a switch on Xmas day. It would be good to know when exactly you decided you wanted one as well unless it was a complete surprise!
I waited till Splatoon 2 bundle came out. Couldn’t resist anymore and I’m so glad I bought it. Playing it every day from that day.
Also.. I have wife too but she isn’t lovely as yours I guess so I bought myself Xenoblade 2 on release day and Xenoblade Pro Controller last week as early Christmas presents... if that counts 😀
