@Auenegheps I haven't tried it yet, and I'm also a frequent buyer there. Maybe they've finally closed this option. Have you tried creating a new profile only for that eShop?
If they definitely don't let us buy there anymore I won't be exchanging money on Revolut... and will be a shame, because that's the eShop to go.
@Moroboshi876 no, i didn't try a new profile but in my russian profile i've the same problem. tried to delete my card and i can't re-insert it. in my country eshop (italy), i can do it. can anyone try to delete and re-insert the card?
@Moroboshi876 yes, i can enter but i can't pay with card. now i delete card dates and i can't re insert it. it tell me: you cannot use this card. please check with your credit card company for details

This all sounds like your CC or Bank Card is probably flagging it as fraud or suspicious purchases. So if you don't want to contact the lender then this isn't really a NL or Nintendo problem to fix. So unless one can provide clues that is really is a eShop payment confirmation issue this sounds more like it's the card holder to contact their lender to fix the problem.
