Topic: Pokémon Scarlet & Pokémon Violet

I've been doing my absolute best to avoid leaks now that the game itself has leaked (I haven't seen a single screenshot let alone video of the game so far).....

.....that being said, would one of you guys mind slipping me a rip of the Tera Raid Battle Theme by Toby Fox?

@Kermit1 no one's seen anything so far, mate. At least outside of people who work on the games and have insider info..

Are there actually leaks as this thread just seem paranoid for talking about leaks for months and months but then no one actually posts any. I've not been this disappointed since I watched The Game and the ending made me call bull poop.

@jump there's nothing concrete making the rounds besides Khu's dumb riddles and what has been leaked before through insiders so far. Supposedly someone got their hands on the first copies through a retail job but I don't think anything has been shared yet.
Atm it's just pictures of display cases and standees.

There is one list that supposedly has the general roster of new pokemon but 90% of that is guesswork and fan art in a table.
The remaining 10% are what's officially revealed lol

I'm keeping an eye on the sub reddit for leaks so I can check out the version exclusives (last thing I wanna know before making a decision on which one to buy, leaning towards Violet rn tho...cause it costs 5€ less for some reason 😂)

Some random prediction of Quaxly evolution.

A retailer here in Germany had a preorder bonus I really wanted. (A figurine of all 3 starters)
When I looked at the offer, Violet was sold out. I was really about to get Scarlet for the figurine instead of Violet. But a little later Scarlet was gone as well. I guess I don't have to worry about that anymore.

@jump No, the game hasn't leaked yet. People post fake pictures of the game box pretending they've already received their copy, but no actual in-game pictures/screenshots have been leaked so far. It's just paranoia.

First leak for the new gen comes from... Pokemon GO data lol

@Dom_31 etc over 4 years ago Pokémon GO messed up that way too with Meltan, but it was just couple days only before it's reveal, but now less then 13 days before SV releases. xD

And just like Meltan all those years ago....yeah this ain't a leak.

Current theory: this chest is actually a Pokemon and it's going to jumpscare us like a mimic once this all comes to a close.

I got two coins in GO from the first two golden stops I spun. Anyone who's more into that app than me know if there's some sort of limit or is it too soon to ask about the feature they added today? lol

If this is helping me with the coin Pokémon in Violet, I kind of want to get whatever you can do in GO done.

I also realized I still have a shiny celebi and maybe a dozen other non-legendary shinies on there to transfer to home, still... 😅

The chest has now both filled up with coins AND has a secret 4th POV where it plays a small animation of it opening and closing.

PLEASE LET THIS BE AN ACTUAL MIMIC POKEMON, I WOULD BE MONUMENTALLY HAPPY IF SO.

@SViper It'll either be one or two hours depending on time zone shenanigans but I for one cannot wait.
I'm gonna be building a LEGO set to pass the time myself while we wait for the true nature of this mysterious chest to be revealed.

On the topic though, I really hope this chest is the evolved form of the little gremlin appearing in GO because to have an actual mimic 'mon in a Pokemon game for the very first time (Voltorb/Foongus not withstanding) would be so monumentally cool. My guess for the type is either Steel/Psychic, Steel/Normal or just pure Steel (though please don't tell me which one it'll be before the reveal since I know you have knowledge with leaks and such ).

@Fizza at this point I'm 100% expecting the chest to be a Pokémon itself, I saw the last(?) picture on the leak sub and it looks like the top detaches almost entirely except for some sort of strip of cloth (at least looks that way) towards the final stages.

I also wanna know if this will be a GO thing or not. Leakers are saying you can find the little dowsing bug that appears around your character in GO in Scarlet/Violet but they also gave you the coins that are supposed to be in those games in GO and now I'm just worried we get another meltan...

I kinda dig it when GO gives out stuff like Mew, the shiny Cepebi or the Zarude you could get a while ago but I hated how Mel metal works and I don't want to ever go through that kind of process again haha

Well something did happen at 1PM....and it's a really weird Pokemon cry whenever you go to Number 4. Yep OK: this chest is definitely a Pokemon.
