Topic: Nintendo Switch Pre-Order Thread

I have sent a message on the contact part of the Nintendo page under delivery issue relaying both emails to them to see if they are aware of this could be they meant to say to royal mail next day delivery and someone messed up and pressed standard delivery.

I need some advice for tomorrow. I don't have a preorder, but Walmart Canada did not take any. They will have some available tomorrow morning at 7AM. In a small city (150,000 ish people) do you guys think I could get one if I show up around 6:45 AM ? I've never bought a console on launch so am unsure what smaller city launches look like

@Kaligoth Should be next day. My email said "High value order items are dispatched via courier for Next Day Delivery as standard".

@SkeletronPrime Yeah so did my first email but then I got a dispatch email saying the 7th - 8th estimated delivery.

Amazon UK have finally sent me dispatch emails saying the neon Switch and BOTW will arrive tomorrow. I'm so happy ;_;

So between now and when amazon deliver my switch tomorrow I'm going to ace link to the past one more time.

So, I've ordered with Nintendo Store UK, got the email earlier about how it will be dispatched today and I'll get it tomorrow, yet still not dispatched! It really is starting to get worrying, anyone else still hasn't had theirs dispatched? I was thinking it could be because I ordered BotW LE with it in the same order? It's 9pm already T^T... On the bright note, I ordered BotW on the WiiU too from Game and that's definitely has been dispatched. So I should be be playing it with or without a Switch tomorrow!

Dispatched. Thats the good news. The bad is the kids have grassed me up to my wife about the purchased items [down 450 squid] . 'but you already have ps4/xbox/wii u etc'. Hoping 1-2 switch will convince her of the benefits, as Zelda definitely will not. #prayformojo

Ordered switch, pro controller and zelda on the 1st March.
I have my pro controller (today), switch was dispatched this morning and just now got the confirmation of dispatch for zelda so will have the console and game tomorrow

All from the UK store via DPD.

Has anyone had their Walmart order ship yet? I only managed to get a preorder on Tuesday night, so I kind of expect it to be delayed. It says the estimated time of arrival is still tomorrow even though it still hasn't shipped.

My Switch and Amiibo have been dispatched, also got the pro controller today, but the LE BOTW still shows as awaiting dispatched, even though my account has been debited. Feeling the fear!

4:45 pm est, Amazon still hasn't officially shipped my switch or Zelda. Still says tomorrow

Just had 1,2 Switch dispatched (and Ed Sheerans new album on Vinyl) from Amazon UK. Still waiting on the console, hori case and Zelda but cash is flying out of my account left right and centre so shouldn't be long now

UK here, Amazon currently have my Switch down as "Package has left the carrier facility" and that facility is 1 town over me about 10 minutes away, what are the odds I'll receive my Switch before I have to take off for the airport tomorrow at about 10:30 in the morning? Would be gutted if I had a Switch-less flight.
