Topic: Nintendo Switch Bricked

Alright we need to unite because this is not cool. So my console isn't bricked but I've never heard of this kind of thing ever happening in the past. So I called Nintendo and they said this was definitely not on purpose. I wanted to believe them but then I found out that you can't buy a single USB C cable by Nintendo at any store. Amazon, Gamestop, BestBuy, Nintendo Online store and even Wal-Mart have no inventory number for an official USB C cable by Nintendo. They do sell official all plugs and car lighter adapters from Nintendo but no USB C. So I called Nintendo again and told them I would like to purchase the USB C cable and the rep said it was in the Supervisor Catalogue for some reason or other. So even though they say it wasn't on purpose...my theory is that they wanted to sell individual peripherals like crazy which would explain why nothing was bricked prior to that update. They waited and strike everyone. Any other thoughts?

I dont think I'd bother calling Nintendo unless they came over and stole the lead off my roof or something, but more power to you.

I guess my roofs lack of lead would be a problem.

plot twist: they want to accidentally brick every exploitable unit.

Also, Switches were getting bricked by third-party docks and whatnot before the 5.0 update.

Just chill out. Stop calling them and confusing low-level support.
