everyone a Holiday title not always need to be released in novembre/decembre to be considered a Holiday title, Super Mario Odyssey was released on 27 of octobre of 2017 and was considered the holiday title of Switch for 2017, keep this in mind for futures Holiday titles for Switch.
Seems like we may have gotten the 35th anniversary Direct on March 10th (MAR10 day) or perhaps the 35th anniversary Direct contents being at the end of a full Direct that would've also had the March Direct Mini contents, Paper Mario and Pikmin 3.
I'm not holding my breath, but how crazy would it be if we got a Super Mario Odyssey 2 or something along those lines as our big holiday game?
@Don Almost certainly. That's peak holiday season. Nintendo WILL have some sort of holiday release. I was thinking it'd be this 3D All-Stars thing, but I guess not.
@Toy_Link I just saw that! I've been wanting some kind of building sim for a while now on Switch and this is probably going to be the best option. (Does Two Point Hospital count, though?)
@PikaPhantom
I'd say TPH is part of the same broad genre, so I'd say it kinda counts.
Personally my favorite on Switch right now is City Skyline. But I can see why it was received mediocrity by many people with all of its technical problems. But I've still had a lot of fun with it.
There's gotta be something for November. No reason to make 3D World a February release already up for pre-order on the eShop if there's nothing in the holiday release window.
