Topic: Need solid console advice

Husband brought a switch. Seemed interesting so I brought one too but just before it arrived today, via eBay, the lite coral released. (God bless target and wrong website relee date). I’m a huge fan of the color pink. So this is close enough for me to love. But I’m trying to find the best one to keep. Do I need to keep the full console. I know there are benefits to the full console but we already have one in the house. We aren’t heavy players but you never know. I could keep both, I do have kids. Lol. If I choose to hook up a console to the main tv, can I interchange switches? And if so, easily? I’ve seen videos where you can “share” the games (making one a main, cloud saves and such). Looking for solid advice. Which is most beneficial?

If you already have a main console, I'd buy the pink switch if you can.

How old are the kids? The switch you bought could make a nice birthday gift. Yes, you can interchange the switches on the dock. The dock only puts the Switch on the TV.

So, Nintendo is very strict on sharing games across consoles. You cannot play digital games on more than one Switch, but you can play physical games (with a game card) on multiple Switches.

Thanks for the quick response. I was able to get the coral. And I’m thinking of the new game God Job. Looking forward to making mayhem. But now I’m thinking it would look good on the big tv. The switches were supposed to be birthday gifts but my kids are ungrateful 😑

Just a warning, the Switch Lite will not connect to the TV. Only the regular Switch does that.
