Link to gallery. Now tell me it’s my fault. Just now I realized my dock is bended and after better observation I can see some minor scratches on the screen. Great, just great.. flawless design by Nintendo and exceptional work of manufacturing.. not to speak of plastic quality
I never had any issues, no scratching, no warping/bending system...only thing I had that I noticed with Xenoblade is these horizontal lines flickering on-screen. But even then I think that was because it wasn't in the dock just right. (taking it out and placing it back in fixed it)
The same marks are on mine. Although it hasn't been able to "scratch" the tempered glass I put on it (and to be fair, I haven't taken it out or put it back in a lot ever since either). It's a pretty snug fit though, and it does come in contact with the dock, those plastic bits that keep the Switch in place.
Mines pretty snug in the dock.. I'm pretty careful putting it in and out but I'd have to spend 5 minutes doing it without touching the insides of the dock with the system I think. Fortunately no scratches on the back, not that I would really be bothered about that. I do have a small chip in the screen which I thinks down to the cat. No problems since I got a screen protector though.
But clearly, the dock is a bad design, and I say that while not really having any problems with it. It just looks ugly, too. Why not have it open, at least at the front, so the system is displayed too?
Mine had scratches on it but I put it in at an angle not wanting to have to take a couple minutes lining it up just right. I just bought a glass screen protector.

Also mine has some worp on the back, one of the seams is raised up a little but I've not seen this on another switch and it doesn't affect it. It's also not that bad after its cooled down.

@Peace-Boy No... it isn't fake news... I know this is old but I had to say something. I had one at launch and even with care the screen was getting scratches from the little notches at the bottom of the dock. It happens, it's not fake news.
@jordon3211 ok retort, no one said it was fake news they said it was User Abuse or lack of taking care of their hardware. I had my first one and second one and nothing you describe has happened.
