I just tried to get on my Nes and Snes online apps and it acts like i have no membership when i do. The only options that appear on the screen are create an account or cancel. It's like I'm not logged in and i see no way to do so. Oh and yes i had it set up for automatic renew. What's going on I'm freaking out here?

My bank statement says i was charged 20 dollars on sept 2nd for the renewal but when i checked Nintendo switch online it says no account. Something has gone screwy. I never unchecked the automatic renewal option and haven't made any other changes to my account. I also just tried the website and i can't even sign in there. The page just sits there and when i click sign in nothing happens. Not even an error message.
@Zeldafan79 hmmm, seems strange. Maybe just try customer service with Nintendo. Or another thing, check your general Nintendo account, sometimes it needs activation manually anyway.
Well apparently my automatic renewal thing didn't work because i had my payment method settings changed to paypal instead of my charge card and that's what screwed it up. I found an Email about it. Guess i gotta re subscribe. At least i wasn't hacked. I forgot i changed that information a while back. Silly me.
I would say never use a 2FA that is asking for trouble. Make the password a combo so that should your 2FA fail to work you will be locked out. Your not CIA/NSA/DHS to use such methods. A password combo hard enough to guess will stop sticky fingers from trying.
