@Kuhang What’s the difference between PC & Video Games and PC & Video Games (Hot New Releases)? I don’t understand why there’s a difference in the charts

I'd presume that the latter is intended to exclude games that are selling well but aren't particularly new. Ones that have had a sudden sales spike after a price cut, for instance.

That said, these are just internal tags used by Amazon and you'll occasionally see random things turn up in completely the wrong categories because they've been misapplied.

I kid though. I haven't even finished the first game yet... so I should probably get around to that.

This is a great video. He discusses how some sites, such as GodIsAGeek, deducted points for "an M rated game doing M rated things", as he put it, with them claiming they played in front of their family and had to explain "daddy's not a pervert". Even despite the game including Naive Angel Mode which the reviewer was not using.

A bit "damned if you do, damned if you don't" for the Big N..... they seem to constantly come under fire for too many "kiddie" games, and then take a load of heat when they release more mature offerings from their portfolio!

@Silly_G You should just about be able to finish it in eight hours, so get cracking. Mind you, it's more like six hours now.

Kinda like how Yakuza/Like a dragon/RgG dismisses Nintendo. If they have mature games people act shocked and then go decapitate someone on PlayStation. If they don’t have mature games people say it’s the kids platform (even though it’s just a platform). Well at least the game exits. I applauded the naive angel mode but you are still playing an M rated game.

It's so gorgeous!

I pick mine up from Gamestop tomorrow. I have the Japanese Climax Edition for Bayo 1/2 which this will sit nicely next to. Also have Astral Chain collector edition, but it's an EU import, so the size and style doesn't match. The JP version is actually the same sized box as the Bayo 1/2 Climax Ed and Bayo 3 Trinity Masquerade. And it has the same red/blue color split which looks amazing.

@JaxonH I only have the double pack of Bayonetta 2 on Wii U (one of my favourite console of all time, which I play to this day) and don’t own a switch copy. I do have both the Amiibos of Bayonetta hanging on my wall and they look sweet. Now, adding Bayonetta 3 Trinity Masquerade Edition to my collection is dope. 😎

Game is up to #11 on Amazon US, right behind Pokemon Scarlet/Violet, Call of Duty Modern Warfare II and God of War, all of which are going to sell double digit millions.

To be keeping company with those games is an incredible achievement for Bayonetta 3.

I’m hours into the game now and fu€*!*g hell it is AMAZING‼️ One heck of a rollercoaster ride. I feel the whole VA incident kinda dampened the chances of it being well received by the critics universally. Else, I believe it’d have had 10/10 flying left, right and centre. Having said that let’s not bring the VA topic up again. Kinda takes away from the great effort that’s been put into this masterpiece of an action game. Shine the spot lights on Bayonetta and the team alone. Preps to Nintendo for reviving Bayonetta, and giving it a chance. I feel It’ll be some time before we see a new Bayo game again. So let’s enjoy this ride like it’s the last. 🙌
