This morning my turnips were at 563...at lunch down to 129...gutted, was getting ready to open my island up to the forum and in all the preparations I missed out!!!!! Hope it peaks again

@brendathecat Bummer. There's always two prices each day. In the morning and then it changes at 12pm.

Is grass deterioration gone by the way? I've read that somewhere...

I just tried the online reddit community for turnip selling and I sold 3 batches of turnips and made over 4mill. It was slow and a bit painful but now I can pay of my house, order endlessly and make all the infrastructure and layout changes I want.

Feel so happy especially with all those turnips gone.

Anyone wanna open their gate and let me sell my pears and buy stuff from your shop? Sometime in the next 10 minutes?

@meeto_1 Nice one, that's pretty good. I've been lucky enough to find people in small Facebook groups with good prices so I haven't had to deal with anything too crazy. The multiplayer is so tedious when a lot of people are constantly coming and going.

@Octane Yeah, good riddance really. Who wants an island that's just all dust? Haha.

So I got K.K. to do his concert this morning and unlocked terraforming! I'm not sure what I want to do with my island, though, and I'm also not usually very good or creative with artistic stuff like this. Is there anybody who would be willing to let me visit just to look around and get some ideas (and maybe if you have some flowers you would be willing to share or let me buy seed from your shop that would be good, too)?

@Xyphon22 You're welcome to come and look around my island, although I'm also not creative or artistic so I'm not sure how much it'll help, haha. I've focused on making mine more practical than fancy looking.

@BenAV the last batch was a nightmare. The guy hosting was a newbie so didn’t have a system in place for people to visit in batches. Trying to leave took 10mins as I inched closer I had to watch 5/6 people coming and going. It was painful. Nintendo make weird decisions

@meeto_1 You can leave with the minus button, don't have to go all the way to the airport.

@BenAV That's fine with me. I've sent you a friend request if that's the way you prefer doing it. I also really just want to get Nook Miles by going to other islands since I don't do it very often.

Looks like 159 bells is the best my turnips are going to sell for, this week.

@BenAV Thanks for letting me over. It looked really good. Did you do anything to change/move your water (rivers and ponds)? Every other island I've seen seems to have so much more room than mine does. I don't know if I would be able to create nice sections of a house village and an orchard and things because other stuff gets in the way.

@Xyphon22 I made some small adjustments to my rivers but have mostly left them as they were. I choose all my building placements before I got the terraforming tools so I pretty much just worked around what I started with for the most part.

The bulletin board system seems underutilized in this game so far. Would’ve loved to know that Flick was on my island before I sold my bugs from last night. :/
