@jellocube, to get other kinds of fruits, there are only three ways as far as I know of:
1: your mom gives you a predetermined other kind of fruit in a limited quantity, then never again
2: finding them by random luck by doing mystery island tours (I've only gotten one other kind of fruit this way, and I've done several of those, I forget how many exactly)
3: asking other real life players to gift or trade other kinds of fruits to you via online play. I have cherry trees with cherries, so maybe I could find a time to help you out if we became Nintendo Switch friends

Huh. I was getting ready to finally transfer my island from my og switch to my switch 2, only to be greeted with “there’s no island data in this console”.

I have no idea why, when, or how it got deleted. I hadn’t played with it in years.

@Eel did u do the island transfer through the tool?

@Eel If you did a system transfer, it automatically transfers over.

The island is not on either switch.

I’ll try to check the online backup when I get back home just in case it has anything stored.

I wonder if it’s because I have a separate island on my Switch Lite? Like, did the game notice I was seeing other islands and decided to leave with the kids?
