Topic: Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Anyone know at what point in the game you can go to the Archipelago? I got the DLC, and I have the package with the picture frame, but I don't have the option to go to work. I'm still in the prologue, after setting up the houses, but waiting for people to move in and waiting for the Museum to finish.

@VoidofLight I'm not sure, I can't really find an answer...but I would guess you'd go through the prologue to gain access to it. If that doesn't work, maybe have KK Slider come to your island by getting a 3 star rating on your island. I know they pretty much made the game so that you'll need to make a certain amount of progress to get some of the stuff that the new update provides, I would imagine the same thing applies to the DLC. Hope this helped.

@MarioLover92 Ah, so it's probably locked behind a certain spot in progression then. I don't mind it honestly, since I restarted for that reason, to have more to unlock and work towards. Thanks though.

@Anti-Matter Afraid it doesn't help much with the unlock conditions.

@DomGC Ah.. so I assume that most of the content for the update and DLC are locked behind three stars.

Also, would you happen to know how to get ahold of Cooking D.I.Y recipes? A friend of mine told me to fish for them, but I've only been getting normal fish.

If cooking and space was a extra (which is now free) i may had to consider it...

I’ve just unpacked my Series 5 amiibo cards. Fortunately, I’ve been able to pull a complete set.

And with one unopened pack to spare.

I also have a spare Raymond which I suspect will be the Charizard of Animal Crossing cards, so I intend to hang on to it.

Hi i have a question, At Redd's shop at harves island do you need to purchase the fake art for new art to show up the next day.. I'm a little confused by this because what if Redd has 2 fake art pieces are you forced to buy fake art just to get a new piece of art to show up the next day? I just read this sentence from an article 'the pieces of art will only change if you have purchased one artwork on the day before.

@Bmartin001 I opened up Lief’s store first so not sure… Redd’s won’t open until tomorrow for me. Definitely something to test!

I would assume it's like any other vendor in Animal Crossing where the inventory is refreshed each day whether you buy anything or not.
