@sportymariosonicmixx I listed three separate ways of achieving your goal, one per paragraph: USB, SD card reader, capture card.
My comment about distance was about the first option which in my opinion is the easiest option. I thought you were talking about it since you mentioned USB.
The third one, capture card, is the one that captures gameplay directly. I don't think you need to go that far if you are happy with your current screenshot and video capabilities and the only problem is space. I'm no expert in capture cards, I've never used one, but I'd imagine most if not all wired but there are probably ways to get around it.

@JaxonH: Also, do you need to have a cell to use Switch Virtual Console?
One of the few things I like about Switch 2 is the ability to take screenshots/videos off Gamecube games, but I thought I read you need the Nintendo Switch app for that.
I thought that was just their naming for the download, but I just want to confirm?
There's multiple ways. Take out the SD and copy to PC. Connect USB-C from Switch to PC and do USB transfer. Or have everything auto sync with the Switch app and just save what you wanna keep from the app.
