Don't want to keep using the Switch 2 Direct Thread for general Switch 2 discussion, and since nobody else has created a general Switch 2 discussion thread, I am. The leaker who told us about Metroid Dread, Mario & Luigi and a number of other accurate predictions just posted that Indiana Jones, Ninja Gaiden 4, DOOM The Dark Ages and Hellblade 2 are coming to Switch 2. Listed quite a few others too, I just can't remember which ones.

I find it funny people bemoan SD Express as Nintendo "going proprietary" just because they are expensive, even though it's just the newest format available on the open market, and as such commands a higher price right now.

Don't forget Micro SD cards were relatively small and expensive in 2017 but quickly developed up to 1TB and came down in price. That being said on Switch 1 the 2TB limit was a safe bet, and still really isn't too reachable.

On Switch 2 games are bigger, but when will the cards hit that size? Who knows. Maybe sooner rather than later.
