Kind of overly dramatic considering we had a Direct two months ago, wouldn't you say?

I still feel like everyone is getting hopes up on a Direct happening this month regardless what past years may have done. Would not put it past Nintendo to consider only doing 2 general Directs each year going forward - one to reveal the first half and one to reveal second.

@Anti-Matter Glad that you're excited, but not exactly the big first-party releases people get hyped for with a direct.

@Anti-Matter, none of those are new announcements.

Two of them are physical releases for games already released, and the other was revealed last week.

Nintendo y u no Direct?

I'm concerned about the prospects of a September Direct, full Nintendo Directs typically happen in the first half of the month and we're now past that point. It's not the end of the world if we don't get one because we still have a lot of upcoming games to be excited for, but no Nintendo Direct in September may be an indication that things are still slow going at Nintendo.

@Bolt_Strike Could still happen any time of this month.. though I'm starting to doubt it. There's also a slight chance that they could do something next month, as I'm pretty sure October Directs have happened before.
