@Magician It's a new idea, yes. And I really don't think this game'll be for me, I'm more into core JRPGs that aren't comprised of literal self-insert characters. I may have gotten it if it was priced at £19.99 or lower. But fifty dollars is a big ask for a literal self insert fanfic.
And while graphics aren't a priority for me it's very obvious that it wasn't a priority for Miitopia. @Anti-Matter it seems if your selection process wasn't so contrived I'd wholeheartedly recommend a game like Persona 5 to you. It ticks all boxes; a very distinct visual style, good Eurobeat-able music, some stylish gameplay. It also has a good story and voice acting.
But of course it mentions sexual assault, fraud, blackmail and corruption. Never mind.
Side note though; there must be a good chunk of new content if there's gonna be an info drop, or dare I say it, a Treehouse. What could Grezzo be planning?
@TheJGG
My gaming rule number 1 (Every games that do not pass this rule will be instantly comdemned) = NO rated 18+ games allowed whatsoever reasons.
Persona 5 = rated M = condemned.
My games are only rated Everyone, Everyone 10+, a few Teen, CERO A, CERO B, PEGI 3, PEGI 7, PEGI 12.
@Anti-Matter Was gonna say that Persona 5 is rated PEGI 16 but eh, forget it. Though I wonder how far you'll take this rule. I asked myself this for the Zelda series and now I buy PEGI 18 games as well.
If the next Beatmania game was rated M, or if the next DDR game was rated M would you not buy it then? No avoiding the question; will you or not?
@Anti-Matter Honestly, you're missing out man. There's loads of good games that aren't entirely gory which are M rated. Persona is probably one of my favorite series now, and it's entirely M rated, mainly due to the darker themes involved. However, it's one of my top rpg series. I also heard Nier was really good story-wise. I understand not liking very violent games though, since personally, I get sick whenever I see massive amounts of gore.
"It is fate. Many have tried, yet none have ever managed to escape it's flow."
@Anti-Matter I heard your story before and it still doesn’t make it “evil”, it means you saw a game too young and you are not emotionally equipped to deal with it. Besides you like boxing which has blood and violence in it and, not that I'm against it, is arguably more “wrong” than video games since the long term effects on concussions has been looked into properly nowadays with very bad news. I have a couple of boxers in the family and they all have had to walk away from it due to long term issues despite getting to the stage where they could get sponsorships to make a living doing it.
I play M rated games, but I steer clear of the ones with loads of blood and gore because again, huge amounts of gore make me feel sick. However, a bit of violence or dark themes don’t really bother me as much. Not every M rated game is ultra-violent, and none of them are evil.
You don’t have to personally like them, but you are missing out on some really great games with great stories. You kind of act like M rated games should be banned or something.

I agree wholeheartedly @VoidofLight I’ve only began playing 18-rated games about six months ago but violence and dark themes don’t bother me too much. If there’s too much adult sexual content (looking at you @jump) that dominates the focus of the game I just won’t get it, objectifying women is the oldest trick in the book.
Violence does make me squeamish too but I’m not a porcelain doll, I can handle blood spurts, decapitations and stab/puncture wounds. Mortal Kombat though is a game that sends shivers down my spine because of how violent it is.
And @Anti-Matter as described to you already, calling something Satanic doesn’t mean you’re calling it bad. You’re missing out but ah well.
@TheJGG Prude ;p There's a difference between objectifying women and women being sexualized. Like how Beyoncé* is both a feminist icon and a sexy booty shaking dancer. It's the denial of agency which is the problem, not being sexy. Bayonetta comes to my mind as she's very sexualized but is still very much a character. All though why somone would buy a game just for T&A when pornhub is free is weird.
@jump Bayonetta’s main characteristics revolve around the idea of femininity. She does evocative poses, she says some very smooth phrases like “Let’s dance, boys,” and uses four guns at the same time. Quentin Tarantino would love to make a Bayonetta movie ;p
@Anti-Matter Well you completely missed the point of my question. I asked you if you would break your own rule to accommodate the games you have a clear obsession with, not if the games could theoretically be rated above 12.
Take Xenoblade 2. It was filled with innuendo, swear words, and... dare I say it, boobies! Not to mention thighs! But I played the game, because not only is it a Xenoblade game that turns whatever it touches into gold, the gameplay and story were good.
C'mon guys leaving him alone lol. Everyone has their way of chosing things and altough I do not agree with him I have to respect it.
Also you know very well that English is not his first language and many time the way he writes looks like more harsh that he intends to
Living your life by rules is fine and all (I have my own as well), but you don't have to flog yourself with mediocre games. Embrace mature content, let the hate flow through you.
Switch Physical Collection - 1,540 games (as of January 28th, 2026)
Switch 2 Physical Collection - 4 games (as of December 8th, 2025)
@Magician
Actually the mediocre games that i bought wasn't really bad.
I quickly adapted with the gameplay and most of mediocre games i played are completely obscure games that only me have interest about.
I know i am different so i keep walking on my path as a different gamer with very different gaming taste, that's really shape who i am.

@jump 50 milions software sales for this fiscal year?Nintendo must have a lot of major/big title to release, if they are confident in this 50 milions software sales forecast, Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild 2, Pokémon Legend Arceus, Pokémon Brilant Diamond e Shining Pearl, Bayonetta 3, Splatoon 3 and a mysterious major game for late 2021/early/summer 2022? @Slowdrive Metroid Prime 4 look to be a 2023/2024 game, since Retro Studios still have a lot of major jobs listings that need to fill up, like boss designer, level programer and many more, don't expect and hope this game to release until 2023/2024 or in the Switch sucessor, Retro Studios just hired a writer for Metroid Prime 4.
