Topic: Next Nintendo Direct?

Crikey! That really is firing off all cylinders! I would be very suprised if we see anything Zelda related on Switch even if it is a remake, until at least the end of the year. They'll probably announce something new once that GOTY award is tucked safely into their cabinet!

MP4's chances of appearing just goes up and up every direct. Perhaps they'll want to pace themselves with a Prime 2 remaster, who knows!
...I mean Pyoro probably does but still.

@GrailUK Noooooo. Don’t throw that out there. I can’t bare anymore farming sims. There’s only so many games in a genre like that anyone can possibly want to play.

@Nintoz Well, technically, there is nothing stopping Prime 4 releasing without 2 and 3 outside of fanboy ocd. I better whisper this but...it's usually fine to play most games without playing any other in the series (they aren't tv shows lol.) One of the best things about watching Star Wars in the cinema was the feeling of 'in situ res' (granted I had no idea it was a thing, but it still felt epic!)

@GrailUK For all we know the final name may not be called Prime 4. They could always drop the numbering system and go with a subtitle.

@FragRed I mean, they could, but that announcement tease was pretty much a massive '4' lol. Also, they were happy enough to release Pikmin out of order so the number don't matter. Like I said, it's just ocd talking.

@GrailUK True but that was before the whole game was scrapped and totally restarted by a totally different studio.

@GrailUK @FragRed It'll be Metroid Prime 4: Farming. After the events of the Prime trilogy and Federation Force, Samus settles down on a new planet to become a farmer and the game functions kind of similar to Harvestella.

Plus we already got 3 Xenoblade games on Switch.

Also, I like how the way to make a fake release schedule just boring enough to sound semi plausible is to stick in Just Dance.
