@OmegaX83 I can't speak for the new DLC content but I played the base game on Steam like a year and a half ago. The single player campaign isn't particularly long but all of the multiplayer content can also be done solo, which is what I did as the online seemed mostly dead at the time anyway. The CPU party members in this game are really competent.

The only difficulty that comes from playing solo is it means you need to build for four party members instead of just one character so it's a lot more potential grinding but even with bad equipment they're still going to dodge pretty much flawlessly most of the time so you generally don't have to worry about them dying at the very least.

@OmegaX83 it has a free demo on switch 2 if you want to check it out,

The original Granblue fantasy relink sold over 2 million copies on other platforms when it came out in 2024, the endless ragnarok is an updated version on switch 2,

I found a review of the game on switch 2

http://www.nintendoworldreport.com/review/76341/granblue-fant...

The guys at Nintendo World report reviewed the game on their YouTube channel too.

Xeno series = max hype.
Falcom series = max enjoyment.

Thanks for the info guys. I read the review for this game, but am still wondering if it is worth getting? If yes, should I go with the $80 deluxe edition? Further thoughts and help appreciated

@OmegaX83 Try the demo and if you like it then I'd say it's worth getting the deluxe edition. The game is combat heavy, so if you enjoy your time with the demo then it's safe to say you'll enjoy the full game.
