Take a step back... calm down. Let's rule out potential issues and identify root cause. I'll help you, ok?
First, it's not the Switch 2. Every other Switch 2 outputs 4k signals fine. Yours isn't faulty.
Secondly, it's probably not your TV. Unless you have your HDMI cable plugged into an HDMI 1.4 port, we can safely rule this out. But you should still confirm you're using a 2.0 or 2.1 port just to be sure.
OK, that leaves the HDMI cable. Your cable likely can't handle the 4k signal and HDR at the same time. Check and make sure you're using the correct cable that was included with the system, or a known HDMI 2.1 cable.
Aside from that, if you're routing through a soundbar and using eARC, that could also be the problem. If so, try directly plugging into the tv and see if that solves the problem. Perhaps the soundbar isn't capable of transmitting a 4k HDR signal.

It's almost surely the cable. I'd suggest making sure you use the HDMI cable that came with the Switch 2. Pretty much every HDMI cable I have can do 4K without HDR, even really cheap ones I've had since the late 00's. But once you try to push HDR at 4K a lot of them start to fall over
Failing that it could be your TV or any intermediate device like a receiver or soundbar if you're not plugging directly into the TV. And then after that possibly interference on the cable from an electrically noisy component somewhere (if you can use a short high quality cable you can reduce interference if it's this)
But yeah, it's almost surely the cable

I remember having the issue when I first got the Switch 2 where 4K and HDR wouldn't work together for me with Breath of the Wild Switch 2 edition. Assuming your console is connected to a compatible HDMI port, there is a setting on the TV you can change. I have a Samsung S90D TV, and I had to navigate via the TV menu to settings and enable Input Signal Plus I think it was called. Difficult for me to check at the moment, but I will update post if I can get more info. But I would recommend checking that first. If you have more info about your TV, someone else might know the equivalent.
Thanks for the advice, gang. I'm using the cable that came in the box, running it thru my receiver. I'd prefer to run it thru the TV and output the sound from there...BUT I can't get 5.1 that way.
Here's the interesting thing: I'm running my Firecube thru the same receiver at 4K/HDR. It's working fine, BUT the specs say 59 FPS. I'm wondering if there's a problem with 60/4k/HDR thru my receiver.

Almost certainly the problem. Temporarily plug into the tv and see if it works fine. If so, there ya go.
Does your TV not have eARC? Almost all modern tvs do nowadays. I run my NS2 and 4k Blu Ray Player into my Sennheiser Ambeo 13 ch. Atmos soundbar, and use eARC to pass video on to TV.
But for my Switch 1, PS5 and XSX I run directly into the TV and let audio pass through via eARC to my soundbar. That's why I love eARC so much. One single HDMI cable, and it passes a full signal both ways- audio from tv to soundbar, or video from soundbar to TV.
Might be time to upgrade your equipment to a TV and surround set up with eARC. Granted, that's a pretty big investment but, I'd definitely make sure whenever you do upgrade, you prioritize ensuring everything has eARC.
