I’ll say Majora’s Mask again since we haven’t gotten an N64 game in a while, probably means we’ll get MM3D as well

I'm going to predict Kirby's Adventure. If the last week of May is going to be a really huge update due to Splatoon's 10th anniversary, it feels like earlier in the month is going to have some shorter soundtracks to balance it out. Kirby has also been the focus of NSO icons recently.

Since next week is Tears of the Kingdom because of the anniversary, I would imagine that they are going to do a short soundtrack this week. I am going to guess Metroid 2 from the GameBoy

Super Metroid or Kirby and the Amazing Mirror.
Inclined to believe it won't be Mario or Zelda this week due to what YunoboCo said!

This week will be Tears of the Kingdom because of the second year anniversary.

This is my favorite soundtrack of all time so I would be so excited if this is correct!

I wonder if they'll go back to the usual schedule after the 2 week disruption

I'm going to predict DK64 as we haven't gotten a DK game added to Nintendo Music since the beginning of January. Also, there hasn't been a N64 addition to NSO since January so would be a fitting addition to NSO at the same time.

Would've predicted Tropical Freeze for Nintendo Music but I think the last week of May would be Splatoon 1 and I don't see them doing 2 Wii U games in a month.

Although I'm thinking YunoboCo is likely right, I'm going to bet on the SNES with
Super Metroid or Original Star Fox.

Pokemon Sword and Shield just got added. We all guessed wrong.

Maybe a hot take, but this is really hype. Sword and shield has one of my favourite Pokemon osts, even if the game itself isn’t one of my favourites

Gym battle chanting intensifies

Considering Sword/Shield is a lengthy soundtrack and if they were to add the rest of the Splatoon music for the 10th anniversary that would be lengthy too so my prediction for this week is a short soundtrack in the form of NES Donkey Kong.

That would be our new record for least notes on an entire soundtrack

All in on Metroid for no particular reason other than they haven't added one since the launch.
Super Metroid or Zero Mission seem the most likely.
Definitely feel GBA is underrepresented given it's available via NSO.

Yeah I'm feeling Super Metroid again as well, would be a good change of pace off the back of Pokémon last week
