Time for my guesses.... I'm really not sure what to go with. A Pokemon release for the second week in a row would be kinda meh — especially since FRLG came out so late in the week. I'd assume Zelda would get something, but Nintendo hasn't yet acknowledged the anniversary, so that's not a given like I'd assumed. So, I'm going to do something a little more off-the-wall:
Donkey Kong Banaza because I'm desperate for this one lol
Majora's Mask 3D because Nintendo loves to pull goofy stunts like putting the remaster out first, and it covers my Zelda vote
Mario Kart Wii because it was the first game with Daisy Circuit and Daisy is in Mario Tennis Fever so this is pretty much free advertising (trust me on this guys)
@Robot99 The last GCN NSO game was Path of Radiance and that was in early January so based on past GCN NSO patterns, I think that suggests Colosseum/XD for the Pokemon anniversary or Sunshine for MAR10 Day as the next GCN NSO game.
My top 5 favorite games:
1: Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1
2: Pokémon Violet
3: Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
4: The Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening (2019)
5: Animal Crossing New Horizons
Mario Maker 2 Maker ID: MNH-8JB-PKG

I got around to the deep cuts playlist earlier today, thanks for putting it together @AJWolfTill ! I ended up adding three songs from it to my auxiliary playlists:
Battle! (Origin Forme Dialga/Palkia) - it's maybe a little bit much for my main playlist, but I at least went ahead and added this to my boss fights playlist, it's definitely a good track!
Lanayru Mining Facility - I admittedly do not like this game's OST very much (blasphemous, I know!), but this one works nicely as a chill track, so it's been added to my sleep playlist. This track also reminded me that the Skyview Temple theme would be good on that playlist too, so I got that out of this one as a bonus!
Metroid Prime 4 Title Screen - Admittedly, I don't think I heard this in full until now - I didn't realize that the second half was basically a chill version of Ice Belt! This got added to my sleep playlist too.
Some other songs that I enjoyed discovering were Stow-on-Side, Hyper Diver / Anxiety Society, Koops, Fireworks Show, Mach Rider Course BGM 2, and Toad's BBQ Foodeatery. I already had 15 tracks from this playlist on my various own playlists (including the 7 that I myself recommended in the first place lol), so I was able to skip around and get through this pretty quickly. Was nice to learn about new songs!
A buddy of mine was recently showing me the indie game Rhythm Doctor, and it had these boss stages where the music would try to throw you off by glitching out and missing beats - that's what Bellyflop / Aquariyum reminded me of lol. That was truly a bizarre and unique track!
I'd assume Zelda would get something, but Nintendo hasn't yet acknowledged the anniversary, so that's not a given like I'd assumed.
Nintendo has a fairly bad track record with Zelda's anniversaries in recent years, IIRC they haven't done anything since the 25th anniversary back in 2011. C'mon Nintendo, don't you know that it's rude to forget a Princess's birthday? :-/

@Eek132 Skyward Sword HD felt like it just so happened to line up with the anniversary rather than them specifically planning for it, plus it was a pretty basic remaster so it wasn't that exciting
I'm also gonna go down the Zelda route, partly because I'm don't really know what direction they'll go in after last week.
My picks are Link's Awakening, Majora's Mask and ...you know what, Mario Kart Wii! Seems like an awful long time since the last Mario Kart addition and would be pretty funny to see it appear before World.
Ignoring the glaring absence of acknowledging Zelda's anniversary (maybe they want to wrap up their Mario Anniversary marketing first or maybe the staggered global release just complicates things)
It will be 15 years since the 3ds launched in Japan this week.
So I'm going to throw out
Mario 3D land
Nintendogs + cats,
(wishful thinking) Kid Icarus Uprising.
@Robot99
Glad you resonated with some of my picks.
If you haven't got the Lanayru sand sea track on your chill playlist please fix that. @Nep-Nep-Freak You were also the only person who added something I already had as a favourite (Gloom's Lair) so that's a big hit rate for my taste.

I really liked all of those as well — I mean, two of them were my own submissions lol, but the other three were all standouts IMO! Thanks @ajwolftill for putting it all together, it's been super fun!!
Robot99 didn’t we get skyward sword HD for the 35th anniversary?
You know what, I legit forgot that they did this lol
Like Sylamp says though, that was probably an afterthought. Compare it to the Mario 25th and 35th tie-ins, those were very deliberate. Mario 30th and 40th are more debateable, but they still felt a lot more planned than SSHD did.
I certainly wouldn't mind lazy WWHD/TPHD ports to "celebrate" the anniversary though! X-D

This made me go back and check - it would appear that I have exactly one track from each person who contributed already on my main playlist! That's pretty cute.

2016 (30th) was Twilight Princess HD, Hyrule Warriors Legends (and 4 waves of DLC), 4 games for Wii U VC (Majora’s Mask, Phantom Hourglass, Spirit Tracks, Skyward Sword) and Link to the Past for 3DS VC
2021 (35th) was Skyward Sword HD, Age of Calamity DLC and Ocarina of Time for NSO Expansion Pack
The NSO side of things is kind of limited for this year by default unless they introduce DS/Wii/3DS/Wii U NSO. The Gamecube games missing are Twilight Princess, Four Swords Adventures and a bunch of collections of games already on NSO. As for remasters/remakes, if NSO is deconfirmation of a remaster/remake then the remaining options are:
Four Swords Adventures (if it skips NSO)
Twilight Princess (if it skips NSO) + Link’s Crossbow Training
Phantom Hourglass
Spirit Tracks
A Link Between Worlds
TriForce Heroes
Switch 2 Editions of games that came to Switch 1 (e.g. Skyward Sword HD, Link’s Awakening remake)
Alright, I forgot about TPHD and Warriors Legends for the 30th, you got me there. Those still feel like they were an afterthought though, like they just had the anniversary branding because they happened to release that year. Compare that to the 25th anniversary, where Zelda got an orchestra celebrating the series, or Hyrule Historia (in Japan) finally revealing the series timeline. The Mario stuff has similarly been quite deliberate (although the 40th anniversary stuff largely feels like it happens to line up with The Super Mario Galaxy Movie lol, so that might be more of an afterthought).

Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins is now on the app! Not sure who had this on their bingo card this week, but that's par course for this app I guess lol
