@RR529 Yeah, I've noticed that about Robin too. He's great against colorless (being deemed the Takumi killer in Arena), armored units, and reds in general but his resistance against other mages is pretty frustrating. I couldn't believe my eyes when a red tome user managed to kill him on a round in the training tower. Linde is said to be the best Blue tome in game (so far) but Robin's husbando status and pineapple head killing abilities will keep him on my team. Besides, tome users are easy enough to kill with swords, lances, arrows, and axes even if they're at a color advantage.

@Meowpheel Roy with Triangle Adept is a total glass cannon. Demolishes greens in one shot and can hold his own with other reds (usually coming out the victor) but a single hit from anything blue and it's all over. Shove has proved to be useful in the right situation where I needed to get a unit out the way of being mincemeat. If the meta in Arena ever shifts towards more green, he'd be more useful but as is now, using him is more of a preference or because you didn't pull one of the better red focus characters.

I like my current team though it's far from perfect but I feel like I'm missing a support like a dancer or singer. I have a 3* Olivia I pulled a while ago that I've started to train up to see how she works out. I also really want a good green mage and Nino apparently works really well with Olivia. Yeah and still hoping for a dragon... (Tiki come home ;_;)

Did a few rounds in the training tower this afternoon, and I realized I wasn't getting any shards or badges whatsoever. Has this happened to anyone else?

It depends on the day. Today ( feb 13th) had no rewards.

Guys, did you receive your arena rewards? I scored 3000+ points, enough to get Max feathers (1600), but I still didn't get any, even though the season ended. Anyone having this problem?

I just realized that there were no rewards today... Dropped a ton of Stamina potions to grind my team to Level 40 to ensure that I could beat Narcian (had to make Catria meaty enough to survive taking down the Archer). I now have four 5* characters (Lucina, Hawkeye, Catria, and now Hinoka). I'm thin on good Neutral Color units, mages, ranged units in general, and support units (except a 4* Fae). Surprised to have so many 5* though, I seem to get one every time I full summon. Just wish I'd have that luck in other games.

It depends on the day:

Monday - nothing
Tuesday - Red
Wednesday - Green (I think)
Thursday - Blue (I think)
Friday - Clear (I think)
Saturday/Sunday - Random

It seems you only get the feathers ftom the arena rewards after the New season starts.

@RaphaBoss The in game text suggests that you get rewarded once you enter the arena after the next season begins, but you have to do so before that season ends. As in you can't take a week off and not log into the arena for an entire season and get your reward from a previous arena.

My latest summon wasn't bad, but not too exciting either.

4 Star: Cherche (Nice to have my first Wyvern Rider, though I'd prefer to have Camilla), Peri (Didn't really need a new spear user, but I may use her, depending on what the advantages of mounted units are), Oboro (Again, didn't really need another spear user).

3 Star: Bartre (Don't need an Axe user & he's only 3 Stars, so I probably won't use him), Subaki (I'll just merge him into my 4 Star Subaki).

Also, I finished up Chapter 7 on Hard.

@RR529 I have a 4* Cherche and she's certainly not as good as Camilla, but she definitely has some advantages. Her attack growth is much higher (mine at level 22 has a higher attack than my 5* Camilla at level 37 with weapons included), her defense is higher (at the cost of resistance unfortunately), and having the hammer does wonders for those armored units. Plus she gets Pivot, which can be useful to help her avoid archers or just get around levels easier. Overall she's not as good, but I can see situations where Cherche is more useful, even with the rank difference.

I don't have Peri, but I do have Sully (another mounted lance user), who has been excellent for my team, in large part because of how valuable being able to move 3 spaces in this game is. Not being able to move through forested areas is limiting sometimes, but having double the movement range of all other units makes up for itself. Plus lance users are great for the arena right now due to the plethora of red units, and that mobility makes even more of a difference there.

New Notifications from Nintendo

• App Release Bonus period will be extended to 3/14/17 at 2:59 am
• Worldwide Launch Celebration will be extended indefinitely. Stamina costs for tower will remain halved and equipping skills will remain at 0.
• Rewards will be added to the training tower between Monday at 2am and Tuesday at 1:59 am starting on 2/20/17.
• Units will be able to earn EXP when defeating foes that are at a much lower level. This change is planned for early March.

Must say I am quite impressed right now with Ninty's fast response to some of the main concerns fans have been expressing. Really excited for the EXP changes and stamina costs remaining halved, this is going to make leveling up a whole lot less tedious.

Got Ephraim and Julia on my first try... which is really unbelievable because my luck with drawing when a new gacha has JUST come out is usually terrible. Never stops me from trying.

Yeah. Spent my Ike savings for this banner and got a Seliph. He looks and sounds gorgeous. Sad there's no Focus summon scene when I pulled him.

Finally got a female Corrin... but a 3star. Kind of a bummer. Did acquire 5star Catria though.

Right now though I'm finishing up getting Anna ready for when I have 20k feathers. Took her from 2star to 4star and she's almost level 20 again. Also ranking up Alfonse and Sharena for funsies. Make em at least 4star.

I only want the new characters so I can complete the new tasks, to get those sweet rewards lol

@DarthNocturnal: They are already regular drops. The focus only makes them slightly more likely to appear.

Wonder if some people will actually be that stupid as to buy countless orbs in order to get those sweet rewards - what are the odds to get all four of them? lol
