I don't know if it has a specific name but it's definitely the theme from World 1 of Super Mario Land for Gameboy.

Don't quote me on this, but my initial guess is that it's from Kirby's Dream Land. I'll try, and find out though.

The video player doesn't seem to be working for me, and I can't get it to work. In case someone else doesn't fix it or it doesn't just fix itself.
