more fails buying super paper mario, nerf n-strike, mario kart wii, many other games. my wii remote was on my wrist, and i turned around and it hit my sister in the face. i beat my sister in mario kart double dash, and she threw my gamecube controller at the ground to break it i stuck a semtex to myself in mw2 (throw it as high as it goes, and then sprint with marathon and lightweight underneath it, and act oblivious) buying too many wii ware titles!
OK, here's a fail: One time, I was playing Sigma Star Saga for GBA, and I was on the final stage. Near the end of an area, I went far to the right. When the next part appeared, it was an infinite looping empty area! (Kinda like the Minus World.) I had to reset it and start again.
In Galaxy 2, I was playing Luigi's Purple Coin Chaos with Luigi. I just got the 100th purple coin, but I was still sliding and I fell off the stage. The saddest part is that I did this TWICE on the EXACT SAME SPOT. I had to ground pound that coin to beat the stage.
Once I got 118 stars in Super Mario Sunshine but the next day my GC and Memory Card decided to not work. In the Fire Temple in Ocarina of Time I was stuck in the room with the fire maze and the fake doors for 6 MONTHS.
Missing the location I had to blow up with Bobbery in Chapter 5 of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It was right after the Cortez boss battle and the location was right in front of me after the characters talked to Mario! I went around to the further-most area of the Pirate's Groto and tried using the Paper Plane to fly to the area inside where the hole was supposed to be made! FAIL!
more FAILS: putting my psp in my pocket and leaning down in the fifth stage of red steel 2, i didn't know whaat challenge mode was I tried the first challenge stage, once I realized I was just replaying part of the game and I had ti finish it to move one, so I did. BUt then the game kept going on to stage 2, and then stage 3, then I started a sperate challenge on stage 4, I did this and I had to do teh original challenge, then when i got to stage 5, glitches kept happening that kept me from going farther. SPending hours on the forest temple in TP dying in MH3 30 secs after previouly dyying more coming soon...

I've died quite a few times in Galaxy 2 by forgetting that Luigi continues to slide after running unless you manually stop him.
Another recurring cause of death in Galaxy 2 happens when I accidentally press 'Z' in midair and ground pound onto a platform that has already vanished.
I lost the best sniper rifle (Victory Rifle) in the game on Fallout 3 by accidentally using it to repair a run of the mill sniper and saving, thankfully I was playing on PC, so I was able to use console commands to spawn myself another one.
Another Fallout 3 fail—that I still haven't been able to fix—happened when I got over-encumbered playing through the Mothership Zeta DLC, so I decided to store some of the heavier stuff in a container on the ship and come back for it later (most of the items being unique), but I forgot that after a you pass a certain point in that ship a lot of the previous areas become inaccessible. Well, guess where the container with all of my **** was? Correct, back in a part of the ship that I could no longer get to. I'll spawn all those items again eventually, though, once I get to play again.
There's many more, but these are the only ones I can recall at the moment...

On DK Mountain, online, I was ripping through everyone until the last lap where I was lacking. I tried to do that short cut near the end of the level of DKM (it's also possible in Double Dash), out of nowhere I got hit by a green shell, falling into the pit, then respawning before the ditch I got hit by a big mushroom and a star, falling into the ditch yet again. By now I've given up, so I attempt to try the short cut again while I'm in 11th, thus going back up the hill in shame. As I drove up I was hit by a bullet bill by the 12th place Wii Wheel using noob... falling into the ditch again getting last place.
I'll be honest, I almost started to cry from the immense amount of disappointment.
In a Nintendo-made game, it would have to be my constant losing to my friend in LoZ: Spirit Tracks' multiplayer.
In a game on a Nintendo console, but made by a third-party, it'd have to be trying to play Super C. I AM JOE'S EPIC FAIL
In a game on a console not made by Nintendo, it'd have to be me doing this one mission in GTA4. I was doing that mission early in the game where you have to get Jermaine to a drug meet, and then get the cops off of you, then drive back, all in Roman's car. On my third try, I finally shook off the cops, and then accidentally slid into a small car-sized fenced-in area. I couldn't move, and blew up Roman's car in frustration. I finally beat it on the sixth try... My friend laughed sob

I was playing Resident Evil 4 for the Gamcube and it was at a cutscene, I put my controller on the WOODEN floor and was waiting for the scene to finish. I went to go get some water and then something happened in the game causing the thing to rumble. It was the loudest thing in the world. It was 2AM

So fire melts ice, ice freezes grass, grass cuts rock, rock crushes normal animals, who can't attack ghosts that haunt psychic possessing the power to kill strong fighters that are also vulnerable to birds, who can then be zapped by lightning, but the lightning doesn't hit the ground, while the ground covers fire that can melt steel which can cut through grass that absorbs water but is eaten by bugs that secrete a poison capable of being destroyed by psychic who also destroy fighters that break ice, which can freeze dragons killing each other... ... My head hurts...

Lol, you can actually remember all the weaknesses? I've been playing Pokemon games since I was like 7 or 8 and have played every generation except for 3 and STILL can't keep some weaknesses strait!
@Radixxs I was 7 when I discovered Pokemon. I really got into it at 10. (So what, Ruby/Sapphire?) I really started playing on D/P. That's when I got my first english version, and figured out how to catch pokemans. 4 YEARS man, 4 YEARS!
Playing as Scott Pilgrim in SSBB (brawl hacks, kc-mm.com ) then I used my final smash on my last life. I missed and plummeted to my doom. I lost. To Olimar. HUMILIATION.
