This is my list for things I don't have a choice in and am hoping to get--not the Christmas budget I worked out with my parents containing the most important items.

• The Great Gatsby (read it for school, now I wanna read this phenomenal book for fun!)
• Diary of a Wimpy Kid 6: Cabin Fever (I'm fast growing too old for these, but I have an OCD need to own them all. on a related note: please stop writing these books Jeff Kinney oh wait you can't hear me over the sound of all that money)
• Amazon gift card (pretty self-explanatory, no?)
• Zelda-themed Nintendo 3DS prepaid card (Pushmo, Flipper 2, VC stuff, Nicalis stuff; need I say more?)

Whichever things I don't get from the family gift exchange I will be asking for from my grandparents.

Not a dern thing actually.

I'm REALLY struggling trying to decide which tablet to get my wife though. She's mentioned "iPad" and I've already ordered a 32gb WiFi, but the lack of an SD card slot, no HDMI out, and it's price tag have sorta left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm also trying hard not to let my Anti-Apple viewpoint play a part too. The Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime looks pretty nifty but it's been delayed until the last minute before Christmas and I'm not sure that I will be able to find one.

What are the main uses going to be. The Transformer is a beast but depending on what she want's an ipad may be better.
