Oh god, don't get me started about cell phones...especially those obnoxious loud tweens at the movie theatre who constantly flip them open to text their buds what they're watching....I can always tell when a bright little light emits from the room down below. lol freakin distracting, who goes to the movie....to text and chit chat most of the time, all of this crap is distracting as to why I never go to the movies anymore unless it's a comedy.
And ya...i could totaly do without cell phones....I see way too many people with their heads lowered staring into their little I-Phone or Blackberry. I guess I'm more old fasioned....I just use a cell phone to talk and that's that. Don't care for the gaming, browsing the internet and the like.
And this. I have an iPod Touch that I use for gaming, internet, music, etc. My cell phone is just that, a phone.
Let's see, morons, repeating information or giving information I already know, people who walk slower than I am and you can't easily get around them, people who only listen to mainstream music, just about every show on Disney Channel that isn't Phineas & Ferb, every new show on Cartoon Network, people who think Angry Birds is awesome, when you're in a rush trying to get out the door but the other people who are going with you aren't hurrying and seem to be oblivious to the fact that you're in a hurry, just about every "comedy" show that's come out in the past few years, clicking on the skip button for a full page ad for something only to get ANOTHER full page ad when you just want to see if there have been any news updates you care about on a webpage. Or, for the short answer, morons.

You're right. I never really understood what a pet peeve was until I looked it up on Wikipedia for this response. Either way, if one (or more) of those things happened irl it wouldn't come to blows because I'm kind of a wimp and I know it's not worth it to hurt a moron.
I also can't stand people who use Facebook religiously...Who post their daily lives, what they're eating and how their night went. Because ultimately, nobody GIVES a damn....FB is the ultimate place for Narcissists to freely roam and sprut their stuff. Some of the posts from women seriously make me cringe at times as well....Here's an example, and this one is real...lol

Lol I totally agree with you for once Waveboy. Sadly I used to play a few of those garbage facebook games and when you do that you end up adding people just for those games. I got so sick of seeing peoples drama and narcissism posted all over their page. Found out way more about the gruesome details of strangers' family that I really did not want to know. Or I love the people that have to let us know every time they go to the gym and the hard workout they had, Or some of those shirtless pics they are dying to show us all.

We are on the same page on Facebook, though. I detest Facebook. Had to keep up with the most miniscule things friends were doing, or you look apathetic. And the endless waves of Farmville and Zynga game invitations. Bronies and My Little Pony are awesome. It takes a 'man' to admit that he likes My Little Pony. lol I for one don't really care what people think, and i'd drop the cash for the 80's my little pony seasons, or at least the first haha. That show was magical dude, based on the few or so episodes I sat through since nothing else was on at the time. And I wouldn't mind seeing the new version, which seems to have more of a zany comedic broader appeal.
While those insecure tweeners and what have you will look at you like you've lost it and think that's it's 'gay' because they're ponies and that a grown man is watching. I'll never understand why people view 'Mario' as a kids franchise....Why? Because he's not an overgrown muscular war headed stubble sporting greasy gorilla-man with a giant massive machine gun running around in a post apocalyptic world gunning down the Navy and taking down evil Armor drenched blood sucking aliens? If anything 'Gears of War' is a franchise i might label being for kids....But then again, none of this even matters. It's all about having fun, and the enjoyment.
If a My Little Pony game were released for the Wii and it was good reviews, than hell ya i'd drop down the cash and get my Hoity Toity on.
Mario to me, is a retro gamers franchise(Durp!) for the most part......It's the real deal, it's been here from the beginning and most importantly they are brilliantly designed games, and have inteligent level design and the like. Because it's colorful, cartoonish and light hearted which is what I love about most videogames aside from begin surreal, those 'close minded' people will throw it in the kiddie label, but those same people aren't real gamers to begin with......That, or they're too young and uninformed to even realise it. Those gamers who grew up in the golden era of gaming with the NES KNOW what Mario is all about, they have a great and almost perfect general idea of what Mario is all about and how amazing it was when it hit the scene. Same deal with Zelda.
The kids of today, or ALOT of them don't have the slightest clue.....They were born too late in the game to even fully appreciate the awesomeness that Mario Spanned throughout the Nes and SNES days....Coupled by the fact that Nintendo basically ruiled the universe with the NES. But remember, they will never know what it was like to unbox an NES during that time, and playing SMB for the first time.....It was mind blowing stuff, and so bloody memorable.
