Still playing Fantasy Life I PS5.
I have reached the part of gathering the materials for making Interfere Gear to stop the Cog Gears.
Interesting to see the storyline theme of Fantasy Life I is very Mayan civilization, from their outfits, the buildings theme, the futuristic ancient technology like botw, etc.
Started Heretic + Hexen on PC. Got the new version free for having the original Heretic and Hexen on my GOG account. Already beat episode 1 of Heretic. I really hope people who picked this up on Switch are enjoying it.
Also, for something different, been playing a few free software games on PC, Freedoom and Xonotic. Freedoom is a really good sci-fi shooter on the Doom engine, and Xonotic is scratching that arena shooter itch. Both are on PC, nice to play something out of the ordinary for a change.
Like many I'm playing Donkey Kong Bananza as the "main" game. As amazing as that game is, I've noticed it overwhelms my brain! There's just so much to do, destroy, explore, collect, etc. I understand you don't have to and can essentially go from Point A to Point B to Point C, etc. but obviously the game is designed to keep pulling you in virtually any direction. Again, very fun and I'm loving it but it tends to overwhelm me and I need a come down.
That's why on the side I started Metroid Zero Mission (NSO). I missed this one back in the day so it's awesome I get a second chance with the GBA service. It is the perfect "calm down" game to my brain. I'm loving the pace and old school gameplay. Complete opposite of DKB and just hits so right when DKB overwhelms me and then I fire up this game. Looking forward to completing it!
This fire is burning and it's out of control. It's not a problem you can stop it's Rock and Roll!!!
Still working on Kirby and the Forgotten Land. (Nothing from Star-Crossed World, but spoiler alert for the base game.) After saving all the Waddle Dees and doing all the Treasure Roads, I'm revisiting the worlds and collecting soul pieces. Just got the rest of Leon's soul in the first level. Ah yeah, and looks like there aren't any "no damage" objectives in the post game... those were a major pain in a couple boss fights.
Ive been completely obsessed with Jet Set Radio recently, but don't own a dreamcast or a xbox to play it, so I went ahead and got a copy of Bomb Rush Cyberfunk (jsr spiritual successor)! It's an absolutely amazing game and is probably going straight into my top 10 favorites.
Silksong is GOTY 2025 and no other game stands a chance (E33 will win anyway)

Fantasy Life I PS5
I was working hard to upgrade my other jobs to reach Master rank in order to unlock the recipe for Master rank that really need for deliver the specific items for Marco to upgrade his shop to rank 5 stars.
Marco has a lot of rare DIY recipe with other currency to buy, not with Dosh.
At the same time, I have decorated more my island after getting new DIY recipe and crafted some new furnitures.
Unlike ACNH that I need to draw the map plan on my laptop to get better layout, in Fantasy Life I, I can terraforming quickly with Hagram so I can carve my island more precisely without drawing on my laptop first.
was just thinking about getting back into playing Resident Evil 0 for my Gamecube mostly for the Leech Hunter game mode. that and to encounter a long lost hidden secret in the game involving the final part of stopping the train.
also have to story mission stuff in Mega Man Battle Network 1 to go through
and try to get back into and probably restart Tales of Graces f remastered for my Switch Lite. last time i played that game was i was playing it for my Playstation 3 a few years ago
Will be starting Suikoden II later today. I am hoping to finish it off before Borderlands 4 comes out but not sure how long it will take me as I never played Suikoden 2 before.

Still Fantasy Life I PS5.
Phew...!
I have unlocked rank 5 of Marco's Shop.
I worked so hard to get all the requirement items to deliver to Marco as they required Master rank crafting jobs to get the items.
Now I can focus on getting deeper to Treasure Grove until 1000 Years and raise the rank of each Ginormosia territories. The place already felt like BOTW with huge open world and the shrines.
Played some Jagged Alliance: Deadly Games last night, mostly wanted to play a mission I like playing. Just some good turn-based strategy stuff to clear enemies from a sector. On the Switch side of things, I played some Trolls: Remix Rescue just to explore around the Trolls world.
The resident Trolls superfan! Saw Trolls Band Together via early access and absolutely loved it!
I'm currently playing Donkey Kong Bananza, and it's a surprisingly really good game. I've made a decent amount of progress in it. I used to be a little concerned about how much button mashing you'd need to do to dig through the levels, but turns out that's not too bad. Assuming I'm not continually doing it of course.
Also been playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and I caught a bunch of new bugs for the museum last night. They were about to go away when this month ends too, so I'm happy I got them donated. I only have one bug left to donate, and then my museum will be all complete.

AKA MarioVillager92. Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I want to get to know you first. Thanks! ❤️
@WaveBoy It's just amazes me that it took this long to get a He-man on a Nintendo system. My 10 year self would have loved a He-man game on the NES. I was always surprised that we never got one. I am surprised that there wasn't an arcade beat em up around the time if TMNT and The Simpsons Arcade. But yeah I will be checking it out for sure.

@Tasuki There was a He-Man game for the GBA, although it reviewed very poorly and seems to have flown under the radar as a result. I've never played it.
There was another one made for the GameCube, but it never came out. The only version released was the PS2 one, and it also copped a critical panning.
Fantasy Life i arrived much earlier than anticipated, so I will be playing that, probably until Pokemon Z-A arrives. I can already tell, that this will be an awesome time.
@Jhena
The terraforming in Fantasy Life I was way much better and more efficient than ACNH.
If in ACNH the camera angle is locked, it is Full 3D in Fantasy Life I so you can adjust the house position from 4 different angles.
I played Fantasy Life I too on PS5 since 1 August 2025 and I have accumulated more than 120 hours gameplay.
@Hapless
Yep, I also heard great things about it. I am sure this is a game, which will eat up a lot of time too.
@Anti-Matter
I read your comments and you seem to like it a lot, which is great. Being able to freely move around the camera is definitely cool. And I am looking forward to try out the terraforming. Right now, I am still at the very beginning. My first job is the paladin job, but I am also looking forward to the crafting jobs and collection of materials.
