Either from watching too much TV or playing games on the console(s) or spending time on the computer or not getting enough sleep; I have developed an eye twitch where there is constant throbbing on my left eye bags. Anybody else experience this? If so, how do you deal with it? It’s such an annoyance with me. I never had twitching eyes let alone eyebags in my life before all these computer screens came along.
You need to train your eyes, currently youre not used to the grind of the internet, once you feel like you get used to screens you have to step it up and play minecraft, (My first time I had headaches and it took 3 months to get used to looking at it, but serious now, take a break and make sure to blink often, use night mode if able to on every websites)
I do! As a matter of fact, I paint on a regular canvas even if I’m digitally equipped with paint tools. Of course, I still need the iPad as reference for painting pictures. @blindsquarel
@adorhino If I've ever had the eyelid twitch, it's rare, but it's usually when I'm tired. But I know what you mean when it doesn't seem like it's stopping - uncomfortable & annoying when it's your eye.
I find screens are less harsh to look at if you pick a warmer color tone(warmer color = less blue), or I manually knock the blue & green tints down, which will result with a screen that looks more red. I even use a blue light filter on my tablet. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.urbandroid....
After I started doing that, I always notice screens are more harsh to look at if the blue & green light haven't been knocked down.
You don't have to like it, but you might. The reason I started doing it was because some believe blue light from lots of screen time can make it harder to fall asleep.
@Tasuki
What do you mean. You wouldn’t trust a guy behind the name blindsquarel. I’ll have you know I am an expert on all things game development and in this case medical. Just straight up blasphemy you would question my credentials.
Currently playing: Pokemon Soul Silver, Mario RPG

Hey @adorhino thanks for your post, although I'm unsure receiving medical advise on our forum is the best way forward for you. I would suggest seeing a doctor who can advise. Hope you feel better soon! 😊
