Topic: We've got one Year to get "Back to the Future"

Okay, so the year they go to in Back to the Future is 2015. That means we've got one more year to invent all the "futuristic stuff" they had in 2015! ...it's been awhile since I've seen the movie, so I don't remember everything they had, so I need you guys to help me out remembering! So, by next year we need:

• Flying Cars
• Hoverboards
• Self-tying shoes
• Those tiny pizzas that get bigger when you cook them~

Anyway, that's all I remember atm...

...so, how are we gonna make this happen?

...Why have I not watched this movie before, or yet?...lol

There was the weather changing thing that changed the weather from raining to sunny, also there was what Jaws 15 or something like that I can't remember so they need to make all those Jaws movies, also there was the self drying clothes and last but not least that I can remember right now the Cubs will beat Miami in the World Series in 2015, iirc.

We gotta get that stuff now, or else........

Yeah, the future had (will have?) hoverboards, fly cars, self tying shoes, self drying clothes, and dehydrated pizzas, BUT that TV definitely wasn't in HD, there was no internet, no tablets, oh, and those kids were so totally disappointed that you had to use your hands to play Wild Gunman (meaning we'd live in a world where Kinect dominates the gaming world).

Just look at that and ask yourself, is THAT really the future we want (and why the heck do we technologically downgrade in some areas ).

Oh, and @Tasuki, they couldn't stop the rain. Seeing as how Doc Brown had already visited the future, he just knew it was about to stop.

@RR529: Nobody knew we were going to go HD and have touchscreens and whatnot.

We still don't have Hoverboards, though! We need to get the stuff they had be we don't yet!

@RR529: Ah was that it. It's been awhile since I saw BttF2 since that one was my least favorite of the 3. I do remember that one of the kids playing Wild Gunman was Elijah Wood.

We're getting close on the flying car at least.

@Gioku, oh yeah, I know there's no way they could know what kind of stuff we'd have.

I've always just think it's funny looking back at programs of the past that showcase the future, and for everything we don't have, there's something we do have that they never could have imagined.

The stuff that's the most neat, is the stuff they predict that we actually get (stuff like video calls, which we can do now with Skype, Kinect, & Facetime).

And in 11 years we need invisibility cloaks, target finders and robots who drive buses.

Don't forget video-phone goggles, hand-held visual-based tranquilizing devices, extendable baseball bats, automatic hovering dog-walkers and Pepsi Perfect in those weird/cool bottles.

And of course, everyone will have a fax machine in every room of the house.
