@JustMonika It's pretty good. HiDive has so much anime though, like, I knew they had the Takagi movie and Oshi no Ko, but they have Acchi Kocchi, K-On, Bloom Into You, Kill me Baby, and many more anime that I've been wanting to watch forever. Also, I'm getting a job at my aunts house helping her clean and stuff, so I'm also gonna be getting some new merch too. I really want a big oversized Oshi no Ko hoodie. I'm also gonna get some gadget called Necomimi.

I finished Chaos Head Noah now and it is probably a 7/10 for me. It starts really compelling and i couldn't stop reading for the first few chapters but somehow devolves more and more into stuff that just seem really illogical. Besides that it feels like the whole thing doesn't quite know what genre it wants to focus on and departs from a compelling mystery to a more convoluted mess...At the end i just did not care about the Characters or the story at all anymore and the other endings did not help a lot, although there were some interesting ideas sprinkled here and there for each girl. Overall it was fun for the first part though, so don't regret reading it

@Solaine I finished both Chaos;Head Noah and Chaos;Child earlier this year and I feel that Chaos;Child was better. Well okay, the ending for Chaos;Head Noah was better than the ending for Chaos;Child but the main game in Chaos;Child was best.
@JustMonika that is nice to hear, i am looking forward to reading Chaos;Child at some point then. It definitely was good enough to make me check up a follow up game

@JustMonika Those sound like a lot of things to read. I stopped reading Little Busters, couldn't warm up to it somehow though i think that is just a general problem with key works for me. I think i also tried If My Heart had Wings but never finished it so i am not sure how i liked it. Heard of the other two, but never played it. All of them are quite the timesinks though i think? I am probably going to read Witch of the holy night on the Switch next, since that got recommended to me

@Solaine Yeah, I own the Limited Edition of Witch on the Holy Night but haven't played it yet. All visual novels are time sinks except for Doki Doki Literature Club, lol. Took me 4 months to get through the original Grisaia Trilogy. Kotori's route in If My Heart Had Wings is my all-time favorite route of any visual novel. I own the Limited Edition on Switch and that's how I initially played it but decided to get it on my laptop along with 18+ patch to see how the full version is, lol
@EllaTheKawaiiNeko That's an old one that I haven't seen. I know it's violent but that's about it, lol. I just watched all 3 seasons of Teasing Master Takagi-san though over the past day.
@JustMonika All 3 seasons in a day-
Bro chill-
God why did Crunchyrollpremium Tonikawa season 2 I just wanna watch it and I can't because of ads on pirate sites and I don't wanna pay for Crunchyroll

@JustMonika I would lvoe to support the creators and stuff. Heck, yesterday I was shopping for my cousins birthday gift and wound up getting a gift and volume 1 and 2 of Oshi no Ko. I'm just broke and can't afford two anime streaming services at once. Actually, wait a minute I have a jobn't making 10 USD an hour now. Hmmm.
Also, nice! Also, WHAT JOB YOU GOT WHERE YOU CAN SPEND 500 A MONTH ON BLU-RAYS

I just finished up my playthrough of Root Letter. I got the Crossing Paths ending, which was pretty disappointing. I guess there are four more endings you can get, but I'm not playing through that four more times. I thought the game looked interesting, but it was much more pure VN than I thought it would be with just the few Investigation segments not enough to not make it pretty dull and boring. I've also thought Root Film looks good, but is it just more of the same style, or does it actually contain some more gameplay elements?
@JustMonika Just spent money I don't have on Nekopara plushies and I'm now 77 dollars in debt to my brother.
Despite me not ever playing the game cause I'm not old enough, I still think Chocola and Vanilla are adorable and so are the other characters, hence why I decided to spend money I ain't got on a Chocola plush and a Vanilla plush. I woulda bought them later, but they're limited time only, so I had to, even if it meant going into debt with my brother again.

Finished Chaos;Head Noah. Yeah...I'd agree that it feels like a 7/10 experience. Better than Robotics;Notes Elite. But still nowhere as good as Steins;Gate Elite. I think I spoiled myself by beginning with Steins;Gate.
Switch Physical Collection - 1,536 games (as of December 14th, 2025)
Switch 2 Physical Collection - 4 games (as of December 8th, 2025)
@EllaTheQueen6 Truth. I have yet to find a vn on the level of Steins;Gate. Some have come close. I thoroughly enjoyed Raging Loop and Coffee Talk. But they were just...very good.
Anywho, I'm moving on to Disaster Detective Saiga.
Which feels of a lower budget, but I do like the characters and the eldritch horror angle.
@EllaTheQueen6 Why not watch the anime for Nekopara? And You can play the games. They're all-ages on Switch and Playstation. It was the first visual novel I bought on Switch. I did just sell my Switch OLED and game collection. I use my laptop now for everything. Visual novels and regular games off Steam.
