Twilight Princess. The atmosphere was darker, the characters were more interesting (Midna especially), the world was bigger. But in terms of gameplay, I love Skyward Sword's 1:1 sword combat.
You can't escape from zombies if they're surrounding you. Haven't you ever watched any of the "[blank] of the Living Dead" movies?
