I assume we are talking about the console itself? The physical design of the thing? I have to go with the Gamecube, while I have a deeply ingrained bias in favor of cartridges over discs, everything aside from that detail I like better on the GC. The handle for ease of carry, the expansion port actually getting used for the wonder Game Boy Player, the light on the top of the console, and the variety of colors it came in.
