Topic: The NintendoLife VGM Tournament: Farewell

I like how everyone's come up with completely different answers so far.

I count 34 songs so far. We need to get to 64 so keep the nominations coming!
If we're struggling to get to 64, then i'll allow everyone to nominate a third song though.

MOTHER 3

All 3 Metroid Prime games have great title screen music. 2 being the best in my opinion.

Knowing most of the people here, this probably won't win over many others, but you gotta admit it's a pretty good title song.

EDIT: Since the AC:WW title song is too similar to the AC:CF one, I'm changing my third nomination.

@Starman-Super - I've already selected the Sonic Colors title screen theme. Also, I believe that we are supposed to start out with just two nominations.

I updated mine, since my Earthbound entry was an opening credits. Also, if we want more entries I suggest we do more per person. I'm seeing some people only post one so its throwing things off.

Alright, just to clarify, each person can nominate three songs each. I see a few people who only did one, whether from confusion or lack of ideas, I don't know, but you can nominate three. If you've already posted you first two, just add your third in the same post and make it easy for me

@CapnPancakez Could I put down a newer version of a title screen theme? It'd be the SSBB version of the original Kid Icarus Title Theme and the original was a bit, well, hard on the ears you could say.

Just to clarify, is this only for songs that play on the title screen, or do opening songs count too?

I guess I'll allow that because the remix from Nintendo in their game. I just don't want everyone to start posting OC remixes and crazy stuff.

This is supposed to be for Title Screens, but in a game like SSBB where it transitions to a cinematic, does that count as a title screen theme? I don't want to get to technical about that stuff so I'll just ask you all what you think. Do you want to allow opening songs or strictly title themes.
I personally think that the difference between them is pretty small so why not?

@CaptainPancakez - I think including opening songs is a great idea. It just gave me some ideas, too. I just need to get on Wii U.
