1) The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess - Ordon Village
This was a tough call. I liked KI:U's theme but it felt like a mini orchestra concert that went on different directions but it still fitted the game's segment. It was a mixed bag, but the certain segments I enjoyed were spot on. TP's theme on the other hand was consistent and at the same time, pleasant and calming. It reminded me of the Kakariko Village's theme which is one of my fave Zelda tracks which is why I'm voting for it.
2) Bit Trip Runner 2 - Welkin Wonderland
Personally was neutral for both tracks but I found Runner 2 better to listen to for its kinetic tone even if I wished it would build up sooner.
3) Rhythm Heaven Fever - Hole in One
Vampire Killer is iconic and is the most memorable out of all the CV tracks but I just adored RHF's track. It's just full of charm that it's one of those tunes that can put many in high spirits. Listening to it with the sound effects only adds to the RH charm.
Vampire Killer
Still prefer bloody tears over this, but whatever.

1) Twilight Princess
2) Doom level 1
Like seriously I listened to the Bit trip and there really wasn't a song. Doom has one of the greatest level 1 themes ever created!
3) Castlevania
It wasn't even close! Such a classic and iconic song!
1. Kid Icarus: Uprising - The Return of Palutena
It may not be that consistent but I still liked it more than Ordon Village
2. Doom - Level 1
This song is okay, quite repetitive but I still liked it more than the Runner 2 song
3. Vampire Killer - Castlevania
A classic song and if it wasn't for Wandering Ghosts from Symphony of the Night, I would say that it's the best in the series.
1. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess - Ordon Village
Don't get me wrong, I think KI has a great soundtrack, but listening to the track outside of the game, it sounds rather disjointed.
2. Bit Trip Runner 2 - Welkin Wonderland
After listening to this track a few more times, it grew on me.
3. Rhythm Heaven Fever - Hole in One
This was a terribly hard decision, but I have a soft spot for jazzy tunes in video games. Vampire Killer is awesome though, and way better than Beginning from Castlevania III in my eyes.
Repetition can be good at times and Doom is a prime example of it being fantastic, not to mention it does change if you listen to the whole song.
Oh @Capnpancakes I see you used a longer version of Doom. It seems remastered as well.
Wow I have missed quite a few sets it looks like. I have been busy lately.
1) Kid Icarus
This was pretty tough
2) Doom Level 1
3) Castlevania
Decidingthe last 2 match ups were easy. Nothing stands a chance between Doom and Castlevania! Such great songs!
1. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess - Ordon Village
This was an especially difficult choice for me, since I love both games' music. I like how calming the first village's theme is, yet really has a wider atmosphere that makes you think about the adventure that has yet to unfold. I would have no problem with Kid Icarus: Uprising taking this round, as the soundtrack to that game is absolutely wonderful.
2. Doom - Level 1
Eh. Neither were anything special.
3. Rhythm Heaven Fever - Hole in One
Good to finally see a Rhythm Heaven song in these tournaments. I love this theme :3
1.) Twilight Princess - KI:U soundtrack is one of the best video game soundtracks I have ever heard but 'The Return of Palutena' is one of the weakest song choices to pick from KI:U's OST. Especially when it's up against a very very well made tune from TP.
2.) Runner 2 - Doom 2's track is extremely repetitive and uncreative never really changing throughout. Runner 2 is pretty chill and average however has a much nicer rhythm going on in comparison.
3.) Rhythm Heaven - Both are good in their own way but I'm leaning towards more Rhythm Heaven.
