Why are you playing and walking at the same time in a busy area in the first place? Oh well, now more people are gonna have fit about video games and it being bad.

Scratch the busy place part, htf are you walking around and playing a game anyway? You're obviously either not completely focused on the game, or not watching where you're walking to. I'd be surprised if he didn't fall into some whole or walk onto a busy street if it's the latter.

I thought it was common sense already.

I'm pretty sure this is just a kid acting stupid and not something that everyone else does.

I can't tell if this a lesson to be learned or a lesson to be laughed at. Well, at least it's not texting and driving.

Cop who sees this video before speaking at a school:
"And remember, kids, all the cool people play video games in a busy subway!" lol

Just like all those people walking down the sidewalk, slaves to their inane and pointless texting, this kid was quite obviously a moron.

Ouch, thats quite a nasty stumble considering the height of the platform. Poor kid....

Whats even more sad, is the Fact, no one else but The Cop, came to help the kid

For you, the day LordJumpMad graced your threads, was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Tuesday.

This is the #1 thing that frustrates me so bad in situations like this. Or times when an entire group of people is just standing around watching some guy get beat to death on the street, etc etc. DO SOMETHING PEOPLE!

Unfortunately it's a natural psychological effect. I forget the exact name of it, but essentially the larger the group, the less likely anyone in that group is to assist in some kind of crisis. When we're in a group, very few people assume authority and will wait for someone we consider higher authority to command us before doing anything (even if we don't actually know anyone in the group). Apply that to everyone, and nobody moves.

It was clearly stated that it was a PSP he was holding.

This might seem cruel, but I'm just going to point and laugh!

What kind of idiot walks down the side of a train track in a busy subway playing your PSP/DS/whatever? Its obviously going to end up in you falling off and making yourself look like a moron.

And who games and walks at the same time in the first place? I can understand texting and walking, because its not as engrossing as a video game.

I think there's slightly bigger things to be worrying about than looking like an idiot. Bigger, faster, and considerably more metal.
