Topic: The Chit-Chat Thread

I've never been a big fan of arguing with strangers online and I try to avoid any confrontations as possible. Which is why I have an extension on Chrome that hides YouTube comments (along with the sidebar and front page "recommendations" because those show spoilers of final bosses, endings and/or crucial story moments in video games, usually using the thumbnail to show the aforementioned bosses without needing to click on them. Right, PROFASIAGAMING?! (this was back in 2017 when he showed a climactic moment in "Super Mario Odyssey"))

Not trying to throw shade on anyone but has Ryu_Niiyama ignored anyone else besides me? It's really hurting the flow of some threads for me.

@Kermit1 Most of the people. Apparently, there are some self-security issues here. Try not to dwell on it. The internet is filled with paranoid people who thing they are being targeted for harassment

I didn’t get blocked, but I’m 90% sure I got ignored by them.

@Kermit1 For real! Oh don’t mind. They just like having a very tight user circle I’m sure. They blocked me as well! And I don’t remember interacting with them much, so really I think it’s just preference and not anything personal.

I got ignored and blocked by Ryu_Niiyama long time ago after she had ever confronted to me directly the reason she didn't like me and then she deleted her reply after several hours like it was never happened.
She didn't want to interact with a lot of us, only want to interact with certain peoples here that matched with what she wanted.
I didn't even like her snoobish attitude like that so i blocked her and pretend she didn't exist.

Ah, well good on Ublock for fighting back. I swear ads have been out of conrol lately. Every 5 minutes you get multiple unskipable 15 second ads.

@blindsquarel Yeah, and the ads are either, really weirdly sexual, some dude trying to sell his book about "the end times" and the ad runs for 6 minutes, some trash mobile game, a real videogame, movie trailers, food services of all sorts.

and that was on a normal day.
