I guess, but it’s not the same when the seasoning isn’t on the meat before cooking. Honestly it’s a problem I have with most restaurants ( at least where I live.) Nobody seasons their meat and I don’t see the logic behind it.

Hey, when it is nearly 10 pm and you are in a small town Dennys is about all that is open. Plus it is warm in here, and it was freezing up in the mountains. Took 45 minutes of heating until my feet weren’t numb anymore.

Had a pretty busy week, but ended good as I had a Friday afternoon out which led to buying some new Trolls plushies and having some hot cocoa at a local coffee shop.
@Sunsy I do cook as well, but more as a means to feed myself. I don't dislike it but don't jump for joy either lol. I wish dishes would clean themselves. No room for a dishwasher sadly.
October in general is a very busy month for me since I'm currently in the middle of haunted house season. It takes up a lot of my weekends.
Yeah, dishes can be a downside, this is coming from someone who does have a dishwasher. Sometimes you still have to wash dishes by hand.
Understandable, yes, Halloween is coming up. Probably going to do what I do every year, watch some Halloween specials around my favorite cartoons. Actually already started last night.
Late reply, been a bit busy with some things, but I'm doing all right. Hope everyone is doing good. I'll be quoting those who have replied to me.
Good to hear. That invisible ink pen sounds cool, I wonder how that works? I'd imagine you'd need to look more closely to see what was written, or something like that. Thank you, I definitely will.
Yeah exactly, it's unfortunate that these retro game prices are going sky-high. It's why I don't shop for retro games anymore, and also why it pays to be grateful for what games we currently have. All those Nintendo games I've acquired over the years, especially from my childhood, aren't going anywhere. I think a lot of us like keeping those games... perhaps that's one reason why they've gotten so expensive? No rush from me, by the way. You're free to play whatever you want at the end of the day.
That's cool. It's been a while since I played Dreamlight Valley... I should come back to it sometime. I know I saw bits and pieces of Pocahontas, but that was years and years ago. The scene that I remember the most was the scene with the song, Colors of the Wind (I think that's what that song was called). I remember it because it was a sneak peek preview that was on The Lion King VHS that we had. I've never watched The Hunchback of Notre Dame... I did hear it's pretty underrated, IIRC. All righty, I might try out Disney Speedstorm at some point. My backlog is... a bit packed at the moment, and sometimes real life can kind of get in the way, lol. I kinda wanna finish Tears of the Kingdom, as well.
Gosh, that's a petty reason to be upset. And that's coming from someone who wants to get Super Mario RPG at some point. If there's a game that doesn't look appealing to me, I'd just move on.
Oh that's right I forgot about that. I don't have a lot of spare copies of GBA/DS games myself, and games in general, really. Most of my multiplayer sessions were on consoles.
Glad you're doing alright, I'm doing good. After a busy week, went out Friday afternoon to shop for Trolls and get cocoa. Got two plushies out of the trip!
You guessed right. If you hold it up to the light, you could see the patterns on the pages. Not up to the light as in looking through it, but shining the light on it and seeing the patterns. It's pretty cool, and I wish these were around when I was a kid.
Indeed, though I could make game resellers mad as I have the Game Boy Player disc. I also have a Game Boy Player somewhere, and I think I'll plug it into my GameCube again. I don't really play my GBA out much anymore, and play the games at home, so why not have it out again. Definitely, I always end up keeping the games I like, and I never understood the reason to selling a game, aside from not liking it.
I think that may be the only preview I've seen of it actually, I remember that sneak peak from the Lion King VHS. Speaking of Disney, I saw the coolest thing last night. Disney+ has a very special episode of the show Alice's Wonderland Bakery up, so I watched it. Remember how I said original Alice is Alice's great grandmother? Well, the special episode, the original voice actress for Alice from Alice In Wonderland, Kathryn Beaumont, reprises her role as the original Alice. (Actual episode spoiler) Young Alice finds a cookbook, and a message was written in it, and the message was narrated by an elderly Alice, who is voiced by Kathryn Beaumont. One of the nicest nods I've seen. Alrighty, whenever you can. I think you might like it despite the F2P elements in the game.
Indeed, also it's so easy to do to by not playing it and moving on.
Yeah, the few times my friend visited, we played Sonic Battle and Sonic Advance 3. We also did console games, and last time he was over, we played Star Wars Racer and Mortal Kombat 3 over LAN.
@Princess_Lilly Yeah, I started last night with the Alice's Wonderland Bakery Halloween episode and revisiting the My Little Pony episode Bats. I have, I know this is an unpopular opinion (and would probably get flamed if I said it on any social media site), it's not my cup of tea. Though I'm being reminded that I'm probably going to watch Hocus Pocus sometime this month.
Thanks. I'll say it was a nice afternoon out. Took a ride to a local shopping center, treated myself to some new Trolls plushies, and the cocoa was nice. Just sitting there in the coffee shop enjoying it. Not bad after a busy week.
