@MarioLover92 Surprisingly, I don't thing I ever browsed the Sonic R disc. I remember Sonic CD's disc had goodies in it to look at. I do remember Sonic & Knuckles Collection had a ton of Sonic artwork mostly in part to the included screensaver. Lots of pictures.

Yeah. I still remember the emotion attacks Peach had. I use to have that same Game Boy Color too. It's somewhere I think, I haven't seen it in a very long time. I didn't bother with it since I mostly played my GBC carts on my GBA SP (or GBA in case of Kirby Tilt and Tumble).

I don't think I had that problem. Sure it isn't the display itself? I wouldn't know how to fix it, but it sounds like a display issue to me. Unless your screen is showing fine when using some programs. That's only my guess. If it's hardware on a laptop, then maybe contact the manufacturer to see if it could be repaired. If you had a PC monitor, or your laptop has an HDMI port, try plugging it in to see if it repeats the glitches there. This way you could determine if it's the display or software related. Just thinking of ideas.

@Eagly This would have worked vary well, it’s worked for other games and it would have definitely worked for botw, because how they marketed it, really did just feel like a botw expansion. Oh they definitely advertised with that in mind, which can only carry them so far, and it kinda did, as people started getting a little hesitant with the product, I still thought it was odd that it got postponed so many times and yet it looked no different from the first game, glad to see I was right about that, because now I’m excited, and wile I might not get it day one I’m so on board!

@ComfyAko It was a nice weekend. Mostly playing Apex and Star Wars Battlefront 2 (the classic one, GOG brought the game back online), and watching TrollsTopia with some chores. It was overall nice.

@Eagly I just started torna, and I wanted to ask a few things, just in case if it was said in the base game or not, if not said yet then you don’t have to tell me. Jin is said to be the paragon, did they ever say what that was or did I forget? Is Lora from Ardain? Or is she from torna, I think I forgot.
Now onto my thoughts!

Oh my god! Jin is so different! He is so sweet! I feel so bad because he keeps telling Lora not to get hurt and I know what happens to her ): blades and drivers didn’t use each others blades? Jin and Lora are changing the game! Because it just seems like a common concept in the base game, it’s so strange to see how people treat their blades compared to base game! Mythra also acts so different! And I can’t wait to see her growth! Now I see why Mikhail was so close to jin! I can finally play haze! Yay! im going to enjoy this!

@Sunsy It's honestly really cool that Sega would include all of this on their Sonic games on the PC. Kind of like how you'd see concept art on modern collections. I still remember that mysterious first music track from playing Sonic CD on a CD player. That was the prototype sound for when Sonic time traveled, right? I remember hearing something like that.

Yeah, ever since I got the Game Boy Advance years ago, I focused all my handheld gaming on that. Not only was it backwards compatible, I loved the GBA's own games too. That included the ports from the SNES, such as the Super Mario Advance games. I never played Kirby Tilt 'n Tumble, isn't that coming out on NSO?

Yeah, it seems to just happen when using Firefox, Chrome, or Edge. I did notice they use a good chunk of memory. It doesn't seem to happen when using Discord, so that program's not at fault I don't think. I haven't tried any games, so I could see if that happens there. My laptop does have an HDMI port, so I could try that out next time I use it. I kinda want to give it a rest though, I'll let you know how it turned out. Thanks for your help!

@Sunsy I'd seen rumblings - thankfully without spoilers - about a mid-credits scene, but I probably wouldn't have stayed to the very end if I hadn't noticed other patrons doing so lol. I did quite like the Yoshi egg bit and won't complain at all if it's hinting at a sequel.

@Colonel_Mustache Thanks! It was certainly worth seeing. Enough that I may pick it up on DVD in the future. Not something I do often these days.

@MarioLover92 I'm honestly debating about going to the theater to see the movie again before it stops airing lol. Though we'll see if I might have enough patience to hold off for a home viewing. I believe the articles I've seen where it's on track to be the highest grossing video game movie to date.

@Eagly I'm not big into multiplayer games either; I prefer to play with others in person for several reasons. Gotta be in the right mood for it. On the PC: Thanks! I'm looking forward to the time I finally build one lol. And on Peacemaker: Okay, if James Gunn is involved, I now have more hope!

The level design in Tri Force Heroes is definitely geared towards multiplayer and doesn't really scale down well...if at all. Controlling a Link + the two clones ranges from doable in earlier levels to hectic and frustrating in later ones. Not to mention there's a ton of grinding involved if someone wants to collect all outfits. I reached the end credits, then put it down. IMO Spirit Tracks controls better than Phantom Hourglass (ST fixes some of my issues with PH), though I certainly do agree the Spirit Flute could be a royal pain sometimes.

@Eagly A little out of order but I’m going to address your concerns at the start so you don’t have to read my whole post just to know. I’m Surprised you noticed that, as I kinda tried my best not to have that be the case, but I also failed and made it seem like it’s your fault, it’s not, because you told me you wouldn’t mind whatsoever if I didn’t respond for like a month, after that is when I felt better about it, because I felt bad for making you wait. “if there is any chance that you feel at all obliged to respond to my longer posts and that you can’t do other things on this site until you do” ok yes and no. I don’t feel obligated to, but I kinda feel like it would be rude if I had full blown conversation for a few days and just didn’t respond to yours, so I did kinda limit my time on here till I could get to it yes that true, but again that is not your fault whatsoever, I just didn’t want to be rude, and I didn’t want to make you feel like I forgot, also sometimes I lose the page lol so I have to go find it again lol.

I also don’t mind that it’s daily, so don’t feel like you can’t respond or anything, I will get to it! I would also like to say that I also won’t be offended if you respond a month weeks however long to respond to my long post, we can pick it back up whenever you get to it, it’s not like we can’t have other conversations in the meantime, I do request that you quote them for me please, as I might forget little details I put in there that you mind respond too.

This post made me feel so much better, I should have just asked you in the beginning, I wasn’t sure of how you felt about me not responding. also the other week when I wasn’t responding as much was me legit taking a break and barely wanted to respond to anything, so if you feel like that was your fault it’s not, none of this was your fault, I know I said that already but I wanted to make that clear!

Sounds good to me! I agree, I feel like most times your see “honest” conversations on the internet it ether ends with an insult of something, it’s rare to see happen! But this is what you get with at least in my opinion, a site full of people who don’t really view or use social media in that way, I feel like I have heard a lot of people on here who don’t use twitter, which thank goodness lol, why be angry all the time, because honestly that’s all twitter feels like to me.

@Sunsy Ooooh, now that's an interesting piece of information. Gog brought back Battlefront 2, nice nice nice! I just bought Anno and Port Royale series there, it was dirt cheap. It's great that there is at least 1 store where you can buy good old games. Myst series, Civilization 3 and 4, Schizm, Sacred, MDK, Disciples, HoMM, all those gems would have been lost in time

The weekend was great while it lasted, I made some big progress in my snapping back to reality (from my horrible procrastination habits)

Yo, I watched Super Mario Bros movie again for the third time. It was still great movie.

If before end of April 2023 the movie is still aired, I might watch again for four time.

@Eagly It doesn't mean anything besides for Ai meaning love. Basically, I was set on Ai Takahashi because Ai for love and Takahahsi being from my favorite voice actor, Rie Takahashi. But Ai Takahashi was already taken by a singer and ma friends kept yelling at me for it so I changed it to Ai Kitou because Ai Kitou ain't taken yet and Kitou refers to my second favorite voice actor, Akari Kitou.
