@ChaoticKirby The 3ds is my first, and only, gaming console. I'm 13, and my aunt got itfor me when I was, like, 7.

@EaglyTheKawaiiShika The ones I said would probably be easy enough. Also, I know X probably won't get ported, I just hope it will anyway.

I think I got my 2DS when I was 9/10(?), it was my first serious console, I had a DS before that but no good games.

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko I thought you had a Switch? Have you been holding out on buying it, or are you just not interested in it at all?

I cant get into Triple A games anymore. I buy them, I am motivated to play them, and after 20 minutes I dont care anymore and return to playing Tetris99 and Star Wars Pinball. Like I have Metroid Dread, Luigis Mansion 3, Bayonetta 3 and all that stuff ready to go but I dont give a damn after the purchase was made. Not sure whats wrong with me or if I have just become a casual.

@TeaCatherine She wear a bamboo muzzle cause she's a dmeon and has to wear it to resist from eating people.
@ChaoticKirby I don't have a Switch. I dont' want a Switch, I want a Steam Deck.

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko My first console was a Wii. The Wii introduced me to so many amazing franchises, from Mario to Zelda. Wii Sports Resort still holds a special place in my heart. I spent so many hours on it, specifically on Swordfight and that one flight mode. Some other highlights include TLoZ: Skyward Sword (which is still my 2nd favorite Zelda game, just behind BotW), Kirby’s Return to Dream Land for introducing me to Kirby, and SSBB.

Damn, it’s hard to believe how long ago that was.

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko I respect that, going for the Steam Deck. It’s a good console with good games.

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko Wait, are the demons in Demon Slayer human looking? I always assumed they were just y'know demonic looking.
@Hayter Maybe, it's just a phase, maybe not. Just play what you feel in the mood for, that's the most sensible course of action.

@TeaCatherine Well yeah, its just sad I spent all that money on games and have zero interest in playing them.

@Hayter You could sell them? Unless you think you will get around to playing them someday.

@TeaCatherine Now I have to say that I bought them digital just so you physical-only folks can write 5 pages about how superior physical is, ugh. It never ends.

@Hayter Digital does have upsides, but I wouldn't recommend it for Nintendo published titles, quite simply because you tend to be able to get them cheaper from quite a lot of online stores. Basically, digital is better for getting niche titles but physical is way cheaper for triple A games.
I do get what you mean, it's so annoying hearing people say "I wanted this game for ages, but no physical, no buy" it's not the be all and end all.

I'm making my brother drive me to the theatre, and he's 20, so he'll need an adult ticket and those cost 12 dollars. The thing is,children tickets are about 9 dollars. The age range for children tickets are 3-12, and I'm 13. But, I'm 4'9 and could easily pass for younger. So I buy two adult tickets and spend 24 dollars on just tickets, or try to get away with being 12 and spending 21dollars on tickets?

@EaglyTheKawaiiShika Can I die on that hill with ya?because I agree, there’s just less limitation, you don’t have to have crazy sets to pull it off, it’s just the artist and there animation ability that limits them.

Some examples:

Lego is for kids ... this is NOT true! On my Lego The Office set is written that it is "18+" therefore invalid statements

Animations are for kids ... nope! Berzerk, Vampire Hunter D, Castlevania Netflix, Tank Police would like to have a word with such people

Video Games are for kids ... really?! Maybe that is why there so many 18+ games out there that are dominating the WORLD markets

Okay, I went off-topic but still it is worthy of mentioning!

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko Hmm, do you know if they do any checks? If not just go for it, our family does stuff like that all the time and we've never been called out for it.

@Zuljaras Lego? Not for kids. You see, I have Pica and when I was 9, I swallowed a lego piece. I didn't choke or anything, but it still scared me. I still chew legos, but I'm more responsible with it. Also,my brother has a big tote of legos in the shed, they are for kids and adults. Animations are not for kids either. Just, like, go look at all of the popular anime, like Madoka Magica. I'm 13 and I recently watched it, and it absolutely broke me. It was so sad and it is one of the best horror series out there, but not for kids. Those kids will have nightmares for days with the horrific content of Madoka Magica. Video games are for adults too. My brother has the whole Nekopara series.
