@TeaCatherine No, unfortunately no. I'm trying to get games that I would play only, I very rarely buy for the pure sake of owning. Do you have any rarities you wanna boast about?

@ComfyAko That's what I do too, so not really I do have Pokémon White (about £50 to resell) and Black 2 (about £80 to resell but I don't have the case), though.
@TeaCatherine These are quite rare indeed. I saw White 2 on some auction site not long ago but had to back off pretty quickly as the price has soon surpassed anything near I would want to pay for it.
@Guest-LogIn-SignUp Oh I know of this one too. I recently bought YKW 1, gave it 2 tries but it's just not for me I guess. 1 and 2 are dirt cheap but the 3rd one is pretty pricey

@ComfyAko Yeah, I kind of regret getting it, I was planning to sell it to my sister for a slightly reduced price (yes, I know that's not how business works but I was in a good mood.) but she seems to just ignore me whenever I bring it up.
Edit: Could you elaborate on the price?
@ComfyAko
Fair enough, to each their own.
My favourite was the 2nd one because in the 3rd one it got over-complicated (with too many extra mini-games and that) but in the 2nd one you could progress the dialogue by pressing the B button. That was the peak of the series, although I do wish they would localise the 4th one, which has only been released in Japan.
@TeaCatherine Well then, if you're planning on selling, best to keep it for another couple of years or so, lol. The price went to about 4x the price of a standard new release game (and 1/3 of a new console), so in dollars it would be about... 240$? Bear in mind that location is everything, though.
@Guest-LogIn-SignUp I was kinda hoping to get hooked on creature design, but it turned out to be not to my liking and I think that's the most important factor (I mean I literally mourned the lack of Mareep in Pokemon Crystal after having started to play it). Lack of western release is a special kind of pain.
I'm gonna have to turn in soon, so goodnight everyone!

@Guest-LogIn-SignUp The difference is one leans into more human/food/pop-culture designs whereas the other mostly sticks with animal type design with the occasional humanish ones.

@Guest-LogIn-SignUp Just checking the site wasn't glitching out, he blocked me, you see, so I got a notification (I watch this thread) but when I clicked on it there was no new reply ('cause when you're blocked you don't see them, they don't see you, however Eagly proved that the guy looks at the blocked posts anyway.) I figured the smell of Yo-Kai Watch would make him show up.

@ComfyAko
Yokai Watch 3DS games have completely different battle style than Pokemon games.
You cannot directly give specific command to your Yokai but you can aim the target to make your Yokai attack on the enemy you put on target.
I personally like this battle system for some reason as I don't need to give direct command, just let them attack the enemies or support their team.
From creatures design, I personally have more favor on Yokai Watch design such as Genma Shogun (Reuknight), Sergeant Burly, Slugger, Indiana Jaws, Kyubi / Frostail, etc. I prefer humanoid looking creatures from Yokai Watch than animal looking creatures from Pokemon.
Moreover, I have finished all my Yokai Watch 1 - 3 games on 3DS and I played the most on Yokai Watch 3 Tempura (221+ hours) than Pokemon games I have.
